Dopo circa cinque minuti dalla nostra prima visita a Kihei, ci siamo resi conto che chiamarlo "paradiso" non era un eccesso di vendite! Kama'ole Beach è una delle spiagge più belle di tutto il mondo: un luogo in cui persone di ogni forma e dimensione, età e provenienza possono essere solo loro stessi.
Si chiama "Aloha", e questa zona ce l'ha in abbondanza.

This Condo was just what we needed. I love the location and the grounds. This property was exactly as described.The complex is quiet, safe, peaceful and family friendly. The two pools and pickleball court were a great bonus on the complex. The Grills and pools were cleaned daily. The Beach Wagon came in handy to haul all of our beach needs to the beach.
Being on the first level was also another great bonus. Easy Parking with nearby garbage and recycling.
We pray that this unit will be available for our next stay at Drew and Amelia's condo.

The condo was clean, has lot of great amenities and in a perfect location. My only suggestion is to have an wifi extender in the bedroom so the wifi reception can be better there.

The office gave us the phone # to call when need anything. However, we did call him for toilet papers 2 days Sun/Mon morning/afternoon (all day), nobody pickup the phone. complained to the office, office said "keep / try" to call him (???). We had to go to Safeway to buy it. it's not a big deal, but service is "how many stars would you give to?"

Had a great stay in Kihei. The property is maintained really well and it's nice to walk around on the grounds and enjoy the plants, trees and flowers. There are 2 pools to choose from so if one is busy you can check the other. The beach across the street is really pretty and relaxing. We never had to use the A/C just left the Lanai doors open and had a great breeze blowing in day and night. The restaurants around were all delicious and convenient. Bonus was all the beach gear in the closets to use at your leisure while on the island. The local Foodland card provided helped us save money in the grocery store. Felt safe and secure as well.

Good value, nice stay with great amenities including washer and dryer, safe in closet, and smart tv. Any place with a smart tv gets five stars for me. Lots of household items available for use, though we barely used any. Great places to get takeout in Kihei.
This unit is on the second floor and provides good security for travelers. Ocean view, though small, from the living room and balcony.
Bring your own toiletries as shampoo and body wash are not provided. A/C works well, but doesn’t reach the bedroom. Also bring disposable house slippers if you take shoes off in the house.

I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Maui!
Drew and Amelia were easy to work with, and always responded quickly to communication. The suggestions they had for resources, activities, etc. around their location was helpful.
The location is phenomenal! Directly across from the beach, you can easily visit it everyday, and the condo has some essential gear for that. If the beach isn’t your thing, the complex has two pools with plenty of seating. There’s also BBQ’s available for use, and they were cleaned every morning by staff (we saw this, not just what we were told).
There were only two complaints, and neither were any fault of Drew or Amelia. Upon arrival, there’s was a significant amount of dust collected in a stand up fan in the bedroom and behind the headboard. I’ve passed this issue on, and they’ve notified their cleaning crew, so I have no concerns that it’ll be corrected. The other is simply a part of the building design (which obviously Drew and Amelia don’t have any control). There are windows in the bedroom that face the front walkway of the building. These windows (and/or thin walls) make it easy to hear everything going on outside. The complex does have quiet hours from 10pm-8am, but there were a couple times it was bothersome (like people talking loudly or the garbage truck that came Saturday morning at 7:30am).
Those however were only minor inconveniences, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book the condo again. Hopefully I’ll get to visit Maui again sooner rather than later, and do just that!

Unit could use a serious decluttering. We did notify the local contact that the Fridge and Washer need fixing or replacing so perhaps this has already been done.

We had a three night stay in Kihei prior to getting our timeshare up in Napili. All was as explained in the advertisement and the location to the beach and dining, etc..was wonderful! Even a sweet little view of the sun setting! You def. need to run the AC in the living room window for a good portion of the day, so we were thankful for that. The bed was big & comfy but there is Very little room between the bed frame and the dresser - the frame corners kind of stick out and we both hit them and it Hurts! So just be aware - nothing you can do about it and doesn’t diminish the niceness of the rental.

Property grounds very clean, nice pool area, close to beach, and conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and equipment rentals. Condo had lots of extra conveniences like beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, and much more.

The condo fit our lifestyle well. We're out and about all day, and like to fix simple dinners for ourselves at the end of the day. The living area was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Because of the buildings layout the bedrooms in all the units are a bit dark and noisy. You can hear any activity in the parking lot, and from people walking to their units, nothing ear plugs can't block out.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The furnishings are great and you can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. There are also many restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. The apartment is the perfect size for two people. It may be a bit tight with more. There is no closet space for clothes but the closet is FULL of beach necessities! Towels, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, snorkels - you name it.
There is only one AC unit (not central air) in the living room. It was late afternoon when we arrived and all the curtains were open (facing the afternoon sun) and the AC was off, making it incredibly hot inside the unit. We left our luggage, turned on the AC, and left immediately to avoid the heat. We kept the unit cool by using the AC, ceiling fans, and standing fans (though 2 out of the 3 provided standing fans did not work. All could use a good dusting/cleaning). Having thicker or more curtains in the windows would help immensely in keeping the heat out.
Overall, a great stay in a great location!

Didn’t have no problems at all during this stay. The welcome package had everything we needed to know in it. You can see the ocean from the balcony and just a short walk to the beach and also to eating and shopping. They do a wonderful job on keeping the grounds cleaned and pool area very clean.

This condo is in such amazing location, only 5 minutes from the beach and great restaurants near by! It was also equipped with everything someone needed while on vacation . Loved waking up every morning and starting the day with the ocean view and coffee in hand on the patio.

Good place. Excellent communications from owner. Only weird thing is that there’s lots of things stored neatly nearly everywhere. For example lots of miscellaneous things stored under bed, in drawers, and in the closet. Nothing bad, but just unexpected. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay for two weeks at Drew’s condo. It has everything we need and more. Great view of sunset and the night sky. Very quiet and serene. Furniture are in great condition and you could feel like you’re invited into a home someone cared for. Beautiful collection of artwork! The only thing to note is that the bathroom is quite small and the toilet seat could be replaced. I like that the lights could be dimmed. Overall, great value for money! Can’t go wrong booking this place— just have to do it fast because it’s booked up months in advance!

We had a great stay for two weeks at Drew’s condo. It has everything we need and more. Great view of sunset and the night sky. Very quiet and serene. Furniture are in great condition and you could feel like you’re invited into a home someone cared for. Beautiful collection of artwork! We enjoyed our Maui visit so much! Local places like Beach Street were an almost daily treat. The host sent a welcome package that helped us prep in advance for amazing opportunities like our sunrise experience at Haleakala (thank you so much for that tip!) and exploring along the road to Hana. The beach...an everyday pleasure! The welcome package also included tips on many of the area restaurants (a particular favorite--brunch at the Hula Grill! terrific food and ambiance!). The condo is in a great location, and it's very comfortable. What an amazing adventure! I think we had a better time because of the help and preparation of the welcome package from a wonderful host!

Great stay
The most accommodating location we have ever stayed out. When out airline changed our flight last minute, they worked with us and let us do a significantly later checked out so my kids could nap before our red eye flight. It was a great location and walking to distance to many places also. There was no door to the bedroom and the bathroom needed a good deep clean but overall it was a perfect stay for us.

We had a wonderful stay. Beds very comfy. The kitchen was perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The beach was fantastic and all the supplies we needed were in the condo. Loved our stay and can't wait to visit again.

Paradise
We have been to Kehei few times and this is now our favorite property! Relaxing island decor very clean & well stocked kitchen with beach chairs snorkel gear plenty of linens -and detailed travel hints guide. My only regret was renting a car -we didn’t need it being so close to beach restaurants and shopping! Loved having view of the beach from lanai and felt very safe as female traveler …we had a fabulous first anniversary trip.

We did not do any real cooking, but it looks like we could have. The mattress is very soft so rather uncomfortable if you prefer a firm sleeping surface. Drew provided great information and quick responses to questions.

Excellent Location
Located RIGHT across the street from one of the best beaches in Maui. The Condo resort is super clean and well maintained - always beautiful. The condo itself, while a little dated was perfect for us. The kitchen was great - had everything we needed. Super thankful for all the fabulous (new) beach chairs, umbrella, etc. If you want a turn-key Maui experience this is the place!

The bathroom and shower is kinda small but it is good that the vanity and sink is next to the bathroom so this worked for our family with 2 teenager girls. I also liked how they had an umbrella and 5 Tommy Bahama chairs in the closet. Lots of beach stuff there to use, we bought and left a beach volleyball for future visitors to use. Best location directly across Kam 2 beach. So sad our 20 day beach vacation ended but had the most relaxing holiday in an excellent condo. I loved sitting on the lanai and just enjoy the view so much. We will be back! Thank you so much Drew and Amelia! They were also great to communicate with and quick responses. Till next time Maui❤️.

All the appliances are very old especially dishwasher (smelly). Bath room is very tiny and pillars look very old and dirty. Apartment itself look clean though.

Unit was clean, good air conditioner in living room and good lighting. Could have equal amount of wash cloth and hand towel for the 2 bath towels and a mattress that was rotated. I would stay there again.

We recently stayed sept 23-26 for my daughters 9th birthday. The place was great! Where exactly do I start? The area !! Such a clean area with the nicest people. Just a 5 min walk to the beach (which is super family friendly) bars and restaurants also walking distance. We drive to a small breakfast cinnamon bun place to pick up coffee and a huge cinnamon roll in place of a cake for my daughter on her bday topped with a candle lol as for the apartment it’s on the first floor such an amazing view, balcony had chairs and tables, living room had the queen mattress in the couch, dinning table, kitchen had everything we needed, the room and bathroom were perfect as well. Drew has beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas in the closet, the washer/dryer came in handy as well. He is super responsive & I would totally recommend his place to anyone with a small group of 5 or less. Had a great time. Thank you !!
