As Maui residents, my wife and I can truly say there is no better place to live or vacation than Maui Banyan. We bought our condo with a long term goal in mind; retirement later but fun now. We shopped countless others all over Maui until finding the Banyan. Once we did we waited until the perfect condo was available. A few points of interest in the event you decide to live in our home for a few days while we are away. We are literally less than 90 feet from Kamaole Beach 2, (which is one of the few beaches in Maui with a lifeguard), a four minute walk to the tennis court, a three minute walk to one of the private pools, (the other is about a six min walk) and a five minute walk to the gardens. When you leave the complex great dining and local shopping is just about a five to ten min walk down S. Kihei road (which is along the ocean). If you plan to take the car, the hotels and Shops of Wailea (the Beverly Hills of Maui) are just a short eight minute drive away. Welcome to Paradise!

This is a beautiful condo with a great location. It is directly across from the beach and near to shopping and dining. The location is central to most activities on the island. The place is well furnished and has everything you need: full kitchen, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. We loved our stay and we would definitely stay here again. The owner is great and communicates well.
The only minor downside is parking. The spaces for the building are often taken and we had to hunt for parking in the main parking garage.

Loved this cozy condo. The host was great with communication and even left chocolates upon arrival. Fantastic location! Will definitely visit again❤️ chairs and umbrella was Awesome!
