Situato in Ocean City, questo affascinante condominio a 384 € per notte è un fantastico opzione per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Molti dei nostri inquilini anno tornano dopo anno. Siamo orgogliosi del nostro condominio e si vede. Splendidamente ristrutturato e ben mantenuto. Nuovo nel 2015: moquette, mobili soggiorno di cui 2 divani in pelle con 4 lettini spinta bottone, sala da pranzo, mobili camera da letto mobili baia e si diffonde. Aggiornato cucina ed elettrodomestici e bagni.
Master camera da letto dispone di una finestra a tutta parete per fornire una vista spettacolare alba direttamente dal tuo letto! O guardare l'attività spiaggia dal balcone adiacente al soggiorno.
Entrambe le camere dispongono di TV a schermo piatto bagni e pieno. Master ha letto matrimoniale. Seconda BR ha 2 letti matrimoniali.
Il Golden Sands è considerato uno dei condomini premier a Ocean City. Non c'è bisogno di lasciare mai i Golden Sands. L'enorme ponte offre un'abbondanza di lettini da spiaggia, tavoli, piscina per adulti, piscina per bambini, negozi, e un delizioso tiki bar che serve ottimo cibo e bevande. Musica e intrattenimento sono previsti più notti a settimana, per la gioia delle famiglie. Pallavolo, shuffleboard, e tennis sono anche 'Sul ponte,' e c'è anche una spiaggia 'privata' adiacente.
Non c'è bisogno di guidare. Servizio di autobus Terrific è a pochi passi.

Our rental unit was very nice, fully equipped, comfortable. But the elevator service was beyond horrible and the Wi-Fi was terrible. I’d stay in the same u it if it was in a different building.

Kathy and Nick were wonderful hosts. We were so impressed with how quick they responded to an issue we had with checking into the condo. They made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were impressed with the cleaning staff. The condo was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the week

Condo was very clean, in a convenient location, enjoyed watching the sun rise on one side and the sun set on the other side. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly.

First time staying on the 20th floor. Was initially leary of elevator wait time but was never an issue!

It was like staying at a generous friend's well kept and perfectly located home. Cathy has info posted about local restaurants & the property. Golden Sands is a complete resort -- food, entertainment, shops, pools, & a bar on site. There was a slight glitch with an appliance when we checked in but one call to Cathy & Nick & it was taken care of in minutes. Maybe I should say less -- I'd like to keep this gem all to myself 😉😊

3rd year at Golden Sands, first time in this condo. Overall in great condition, carpet felt new, everything clean, and of course the views from the 20th floor are great. Had a few questions along the way and the owner was very responsive. Be sure to ask for linen rental recommendation, made it very easy. If you happen to have a rainy day/night, there are games and puzzles in the second bedroom closet. Will try to book this condo again the next time we go to Ocean City!

Great location and lots to do oceanfront!
We had a great time staying here. There are two spacious bedrooms and you can't beat the view! Follow the recommendations and do not try to arrive there during check in.

Beach, Food and Family
Our condo was just about perfect for my wife and I and our three adult children. I would say it would be ideal for four adults or a family of with up to four smaller children. The owner was helpful (via internet) to get us situated. The rooms were very well furnished and maintained with excellent view of the ocean. Everything worked (even used the waffle iron one morning). We loved sitting on the ocean-front deck and enjoying food/drinks from the Tiki Bar. The mini-market on site had limited hours but saved grocery trips. We were near dozens of excellent places to eat, but you should plan on driving unless you really enjoy long walks. Parking for our car was on the ground level and included in price, but it was a bit pricey to keep my son's car on site, too.

Beautiful Condo!
We have been staying in this building for the last 8 years, and we all agreed that this condo is our favorite! As others have said, it is super clean, well stocked, and the oceanfront view is spectacular. We are already looking forward to coming back next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great vacation even with Covid restrictions!
Our unit was on the 20th Floor. Beautiful view of ocean. Very clean unit. Golden Sands is a very nice Condo complex, it had many limitation due to covid. The shops and the pools, could not be fully opened due to staffing issues and social distancing rules. This would be an awesome place if it was all fully up and running. No fault of the facility. It was very clean and workers were friendly. short walk to beach!! We made the best of everything.. Excellent stay.

Great place to stay/would return.
Cathy was very easy to work with. She gave me an extended time to make my final payment. She also discounted my stay before I booked due to Covid. The condo is spacious and in a prime location. Due to Covid the pool had very limited use. We didn’t use it. Also the WiFi is public WiFi. No password is needed but did get overloaded and I could not work from laptop. Just be prepared if needed for a job. Lastly the master bedroom has the view!! It’s full glass but with that it makes the room hot. We kept the curtains closed and ran the fan. The only reason I gave the cleanliness a 4 is because we entered our room without knowing it hadn’t been cleaned. Once the cleaners were there, they did a good job. I would stay here again.

Really enjoyed this condo
Although our room wasn’t ready for check in till 6:00pm I have to say it was worth the wait. This place was very clean, accommodating, and very comfortable. The owner was very nice and would always answer my emails the same day. She was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommended this place.

We loved staying at golden sands. The location was perfect, and the owner of this condo was the sweetest - we loved every minute of it! My family and I will definitely be back, hopefully soon! :-)

Great view & location
We stayed for a long weekend with our two young children. Overall we had a nice stay. There was an issue with the refrigerator not working. The owner did alert us to this a few hours before check in but since it was too late to find another place she sent us a partial refund. The condo was in decent condition aside from the refrigerator and 1 of the toilets not working. The wall paper was peeling off in several places, held together by scotch tape. The view is spectacular and the deck of the condo has some great amenities. Great location! A few updates would be appropriate, but this worked just fine for the 4 of us.

Property owner is very quick to respond; unit is fully equipped with all sorts of kitchen gadgets.
An issue with toilet and screen door were addressed and resolved immediately. Staff is friendly and responsive.
Location is excellent with its own mini mart, deli, ice cream shop. Very convenient for families.

Family Getaway
Came for a Labor Day long weekend and really enjoyed the property. The condo was in great shape and had everything that we needed. Enjoyed the amenities at the resort as well. Really great property. Would love to rent again! Thank you so much!

Great location, amenities, and well-stocked kitchen. Owner is a pleasure to work with. The layout of the condo gives each bedroom it’s own space so that guests are not on top of each other (and kids can sleep while parents can enjoy the evening without having to keep their voices down). We enjoyed our stay!

Great location, comfortable stay, excellent communication with owners, beautiful views, courteous building staffs, tons of place to eat and shops around the building, and a lot more.
Our kids loved the pools and beach. We had wonderful time and wants to go back again.
