The Space:
The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It has everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony overlooking the water with a couple of comfortable chairs, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable. This beachfront condo is ideally located within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is located five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles south. Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026. The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Master bedroom with stunning view. Loved waking up to the waves. Beautiful condo. There is no parking until check in - they are strict on that. Would definitly stay again!

Overall, I really enjoyed our stay. 21st floor; really great view. Just a few minor issues like WiFi not always working, needing more toilet paper. Air vents in ocean bedroom does not blow cold air when ac is on. Elevators didn’t always work, lead to very long wait times.

Great view. Tiki bar restaurant is good. Wouldn’t stay in this unit again. A/C unit was crazy loud and weight room is directly overhead with weights slamming on ceiling. Fortunately we were at beach most of time so not a huge issue, but would select another unit next time.
