We had such a wonderful time on our spring break vacation. The condo was clean and very spacious! Even though there was construction going on the view was amazing! The kids enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the pier and family monopoly games each night. We really appreciated the beach chair service being set up for us each day. I would highly recommend this place for families looking to relax and spend lots of time together.

This condo was clean and beautiful when we arrived. Mark and Kay sent detailed instructions for check in which made check-in very easy. I couldn't have asked for better hosts. I have to say, we did not stay at the best time as the exterior of the condo units were being prepped for painting. There was a lot of grinding to remove the old paint and the balcony was not accessible during a lot of our stay. The pool was also closed for the majority of our stay. It opened the day before we left. All of this being said, the owners advised us of what to expect prior to our arrival and offered a full refund if we wanted to book elsewhere. We were given a discount on our stay to compensate us for all of the difficulties. While conditions were not ideal, none of it was the fault of the owners. The beds were very comfortable. The shower in the primary bedroom was AMAZING! The only thing I would say that could be improved, was to remove some items from the cabinets to make room for grocery items. A pantry would be nice.

My elderly father loves the beach, Navarre and Pensacola Beach specifically and we have been coming from New Mexico to visit the beaches my entire life. He isn’t physically able to navigate the beach very well anymore and this balcony was the perfect answer! Nothing to interfere with view just and watch the water. The condo was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensil needs, beautifully decorated and still very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Kay is wonderful to communicate with. The condo is well equipped & the views from the living room and master bedroom are incredible! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Navarre.

This condo is spacious and a great location. The views are amazing. I truly felt safe at the Regency unit because of the gate keeper and staff was very attentive monitoring guests. The staff also cleaned the elevators and floors regularly. Everything was neat and tidy. The other guests were so friendly and kind and that means a-lot to me. I was very excited to visit and all the ratings mentioned the cleanliness but my experience was different. The condo needed a deep clean. There were marks on the walls across from the couch, under the breakfast buffet, sand on the dish matt…a lot of sand. There were bugs in the kitchen and they had to spray for bugs while we were there. Kay let me know they were having a bug problem the day before we checked in. The bathroom had a remodeled shower that was very nice with good water pressure. The tile floor needed a scrub because there was a sandy paste on the floor. The couch cover had not been washed so we removed them and the couch had stains. Above the couch there was something squirted all over the picture frame. I understand some wear and tear happens and it was the end of the season but I would hope for the same experience regardless of the time of year. The furniture is updated from the photos. Some of it needed to be wiped off from wear and tear. All in all we made the best of our time but our experience could’ve been enhanced. It was difficult to relax fully for someone who wants things really clean. I don’t feel this was a 5 star experience but closer to 3 stars. Thank you Kay for letting us stay in your condo. I can tell that there is love that you have put into this unit. The layout is great and the rented chairs were an appreciated added bonus. All in all this condo has everything you need.

The property was wonderful and Kay was informative. Had no problems at all while staying at the property. I will definitely stay here on upcoming trips.

We loved the unit and complex, which is located in a terrific spot, close to everything. Being so close to the pier was especially nice, as we walked there at least once day. We were also walking distance to an ice cream place, a Tom Thumb, a restaurant, and a sea turtle sanctuary (which we loved!) Even though we went in July in great weather, neither the beach nor the complex (including the pool) was nearly as crowded as we'd expected. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location & great views! This condo worked out perfectly and had everything that we needed. Comfortable beds, extra full size fridge, plenty of room for six sisters! Kay let us know a few issues ahead of time, but it did not impact our stay. We'll be back!

We've been to this condo 4 years now and always enjoy it. The shower upgrade was really impressive. The beds are really comfortable The balcony is huge with plenty of chairs and a table. The view is over the top. We always enjoy the beach chair rental too. Everything is top notch.

We loved the fact that the beach was not so very crowded. The condo had everything anyone would need. We would definitely stay there again

We had a wonderful stay in Navarre. Unit 502 was clean, beds were comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. We’ll definitely book this unit again. Kay was very quick to respond if we had any questions.

Everything about the entire experience was top notch! We loved staying in the condo. The pictures do not do the condo justice. The view of the Gulf of Mexico and Navarre pier during sunrise and sunset is absolutely breathtaking! Kay was easy to work with and very personable. Navarre has captured our hearts. We can’t wait to stay again and are looking ahead to next year during our break to stay here. Thank you Kay and Mark!

Reserving this lovely condo was quick and easy! Kay is.a Great host and great communicator! She responded to all my questions quickly and was so helpful! We own a condo next door at Beach Colony so I was afraid I would be disappointed with staying somewhere else, but I was so wrong! This two bedroom unit has tons of space and is so comfortable and clean! The kitchen has everything you might need during your stay and they even have 2 refrigerators. The balcony is huge and we loved spending time out there! I would highly recommend this condo to all my friends and family!

The condo was great, the view was beautiful and condo spacious. They were doing work on the top floors but didn't really bother us that much. The only downside due to the work was that we noticed bugs in the unit. Other than that it was perfect!!

We recommend Navarre Beach all or friends and know we’ll recommend 502 too all over friends as well. Very well keep and has everything you could possibly need, everyone at the Regency is so nice as well.

Every day we would see dolphins in the gulf. The location is excellent. It is in walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Very nice place. Super clean. Comfy beds. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but would definitely stay again in the future. Communication before check in was great. Restaurant recommendations would very helpful. Beautiful views from balcony. Saw dolphins throughout each day.
