We had such a good visit. The owners were very communicative and helpful. There were beach toys, chairs, boogie boards for the kids and a nice wagon for the adults to use to get it all to the beach. Pictures of the home were very accurate and house was nicely decorated/furnished. We spent every morning and evening sitting on the porch listening to the ocean which is literally across the street.
There was an issue with the heating pump of the pool but the owners offered a refund immediately when they were made aware of the issue.
This house is worth the time and money and provided my family with much, much needed down time.

House was very nice but could use some updating . It had everything we needed .The location was Great. Close to public Access and the marsh area.

The property is amazing. Great proximity to the beach and literally a 2 block walk into the next county where we were able to have a sunset bonfire on the beach. The house has everything you could need and very clean. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again. The hosts are sweet, kind and helpful.

This property is amazing. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The property also had everything needed for the kitchen. From pots and pans, bakeware and multiple coffee makers. The place was very clean and just, generally, a great place for a vacation. I highly recommend it and will probably try to book here again next year. Also, the area of Murrells Inlet/Garden City border was perfect for us because it was fairly quiet.

The location and the amenities of the house were great. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. A few minor issues in the house were easily handled by the owner. The only negative was the initial cleanliness of the living area. We spent the first half hour vacuuming dog hair off the couches and area rug. And we had to launder the mattress covers because a few had dog hair on them. And the floors could’ve been cleaned better as well. I definitely think that a laundry service is a good upgrade which the owner already said they were switching to. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation. The pool was a huge plus and the thoughtful touches such as the beach chairs were appreciated. We would definitely recommend this property!

No surprises,is better than advertised. 8 adults plus dogs had plenty of room.Location is great for all activities. Owners are very nice and respectful. Thanks for 2023 and looking forward to 2024.

We had an amazing vacation here. Check in and check out were simple, house was fully stocked, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of parking for our cars. We always love having a private pool and this one did not disappoint. It was a good size and was kept clean all week. There were also a lot of pool and beach items available for use. Having a high chair and booster seat available made things much easier too with little ones. We loved to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. Cornelia was very friendly and helpful and was quick to respond if we had any questions or problems.

We had another great stay at “come on down”. This is our second year in a row. We love the location. Has great views and walking distance to the beach. The house has everything you need, comfortable beds and a great layout. The home owners are so nice and always available if needed. The pool was heated and we enjoyed the outdoor shower. We highly recommend this property!

The property is in an excellent location for the beach and shopping stores. The only thing I would change is the sofas to leather, the area rug in the living room replaced, and fix the gate to the balcony. To be able to sit on the balcony to hear and see the ocean is a wonderful feeling. We will be going back and hoping that they are available.

Host was very nice and accommodating for the few problems we encountered. I was very pleased with the property appearance and location (across the street from the beach and near the beach access). Check in and out we’re effortless. Enjoyed our stay very much!!

Cornellia was very helpful when a hurricane was headed towards the house the weekend we were supposed to visit and gave us a full refund.

We can’t say enough about this rental. From the day I booked until the end of vacation Cecilia was the best. Answering question quickly.
The house is more than equipped with everything you need! You can easily cook a full mean with the overstocked Kitchen. Right across the street from the beach….the sunsets are breathtaking. Each room as a comfortable bed and a tv. Amazing cross breeze from the ocean. Our family of 8 had plenty of room.
You would not even know they live upstairs. Very little noise and you never hear their dogs.
We are hoping we are able to enjoy this piece of beach heaven again.

This was our second consecutive year staying at Come On Inn and just like the first, we loved every second of it! The location is so convenient to grocery stores and easy walking distance of the main strip and just steps away from the beach. Nothing beats the ocean view from the patio as well. We wish we could have stayed another week!

This house is the best equipped beach house we stayed. Kitchen has everything imaginable, the only thing missing was a kitchen scale, owners were super friendly and quick to resolve whatever problem you would run into. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

We were surprised someone above us walked constantly very loudly from 6 in the morning until 11 pm every day. Trouble sleeping.
The owners were great. They even bought 2 high sitting beach chairs for my husband and I.
The kitchen was fully stocked.
The only other problem was the property was not properly cleaned. They need to find a better cleaning service.

There was so much to appreciate about this rental. For starters, we were delighted to be right across from the beach, to able to rent for a partial week, and to enjoy a private pool. The house was comfortably furnished and generously stocked. Had some minor issues with property access and pool service, but the owner was extremely responsive, and both were quickly resolved.

This was an amazing property! It smelled so clean when we arrived. Cornelia was great at communicating before, during and after! The house was exactly what we expected but better! Great location close to the beach. No complaints and we hope to return!

Family and I enjoyed the property. I am familiar with the area and loved it. Very convenient to Sam's, the pier, arcade, etc. Brought stuff for laundry but they had it all. House was full of all extra little stuff.

The house and location were exactly as advertised. This property is perfect for large families or groups- added bonus that they allow dogs. Owners were there, fully responsive, yet gave space making it seem like the place was yours alone. Can’t speak highly enough of the experience.

The location to beach access, pier, and other local activities was great! Owners/hosts were very helpful and attentive. It is a well-stocked home with many amenities such as pool, chairs, grill, rocking chairs, porches with views, hoses for washing off, etc. It was a great week at the beach! We would stay here again.

This was the best beach house we have stayed at in the Garden City area. Everything is as described in the description and the owners are great people ! Plenty of room, nice pool and a very short walk across the road to the beach. Plenty of parking as well. We will definitely be back to stay here again !
