Enclosed outside shower (great for changing if you arrive early and want to enjoy the pool or beach). Front and back covered porches. Approximate square footage 1400. New flooring throughout in 2023, and updated furnishings. Ceiling fans in all rooms, high chair and booster seat. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker and Keurig.

Parking for 4 to five vehicles. Gas Weber grill, and outdoor seating in the covered carport which is great for rainy day cornhole, chalk art, etc.
