Fantastic waterfront house in the best location on Lake Austin. Could not have had a better experience. Beautiful views from about every part of the house. We really enjoyed siting on the covered patio above the dock with a birds eye view of the cool Pennybacker/360 bridge and the numerous birds flying by. Great neighborhood for walks also.

What started off as a one month stay, grew to me staying for four months time. This quaint, little cottage filled me with joy, sunshine, easy lake access, friendly neighborhoods and endless memories. The property manager and owner were especially wonderful to deal with. Whenever I needed anything at all, they were quick to solve and always extremely friendly. Truth be told, this place felt like home. It’s quiet and peaceful to relax lake side, Or if you want to join the summer festivities you can cross towards party cove directly from the boat dock. All in all, I highly recommend staying here.
