Great location, beautiful views. Clean, updated. More towels would be nice but we washed some ourselves so it wasn’t a problem. Definitely will book again if available! Thank you ;)

We arrived in PCB a few hours before check-in. We were asked not to check in before 4pm because it could possibly upset the cleaners. I’m not sure how the cleaners would be upset when the condo was NOT clean.
I have infant children and there were all kinds of crackers and crumbs underneath the couches. The utensils and cooking pans were NOT cleaned. There was hair on the toilets and sand in the bed.
We expect to do a little cleaning whenever we arrive at a place to stay, but to have to clean the entire condo top to bottom was insane.

This condo was exactly as described and very clean! Loved every minute of our stay. Beds are comfy and kitchen has everything you would need. Love the balcony furniture also! Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was just perfect! It’s in the best location- you can walk everywhere! The owner’s instructions were super easy to follow, it was a seamless process. The condo was beautiful and perfectly cleaned. The beds were a 10/10. The only negative I would say was the water pressure in the master bathroom shower- but the guest bathroom was just fine. We will definitely be back!

One of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed at. Really enjoyed our time at Ocean Villa. Easy access to get on the road. Shipwreck ltd is right across the street and Surfstyle is right down the road. We enjoyed the little restaurant across the street that had amazing breakfast and coffee.

Loved the condo! Beds were comfy and the condo was spacious with a large balcony. Great location, it’s in short walking or driving distance of all of the popular restaurants.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The pictures were accurate, but the condo was even better than expected in person! The best part was the balcony. We used the outdoor seating daily, and you couldn’t beat the view. It was high enough to see everything, but not too high. Elevators were fast. We had a great time! Having the beach chairs set up on the beach right outside was very convenient. The pool area was also very clean.

Our Favorite Place!
We can’t say enough great things about this rental. The location and parking was amazing. The grounds itself were very clean and nice. The unit itself was amazing. It was just what we needed and we will most definitely be staying again!

Great stay!
Myself, husband, 16, 9, and 7 year olds stayed here for 10 nights. The property was clean and comfy. The balcony is amazing and the view of the ocean is beautiful! It takes only seconds to get down to the beach. The elevators are fast. The free parking was always available in the lower garages. There were two boogie boards in with the washer and dryer that my kids used daily. Having the chairs and umbrella set up for us on the beach each day was also fantastic! I left some clothes in the closet upon check out and Andrew called me promptly to notify. The cleaner bagged them for me and hung them on the door for me to run back by and grab.
The only thing I would change if I could is the amount of toiletries provided. We had 6 rolls of very thin toilet paper for 5 people to last us 10 days and only 2 rolls of paper towels, and 2 dishwasher tabs. I had to go out and buy more paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher liquid, and did have to provide my own laundry detergent. Being from CA, we travel all over and I am used to more toiletries being provided. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still give this property 5 stars and would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip to the beach
We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The location couldn’t have been better for us. Minutes away from Walmart for groceries, food was great at the little cafe across the street and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Before we arrived we were nervous about the parking garage being across the street but we had no issues. We had plenty of space in the condo and spent most of our time on the balcony. Easy access to the beach and the two loungers that came with the rental were much appreciated. We had no problems gaining access to the condo at check in and the luggage trolleys provided by Ocean Villa made it so much easier carting everything from the car to the condo. We had a few questions during the week we stayed and the owner was quick to respond and was so helpful. Overall we had a fantastic time and would love to come back in the future!

Awesome Experience
Everything from the check-in process, to parking, and lastly checking out was super easy. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better! Loved all the seating on the balcony. We were here for a youth baseball tournament, and the pool/grill area allowed the families to gather as a team to eat and socialize. Beaches were breathtaking and we were close to everything PCB had to offer. I would definitely stay here again!

Parking Details
Everything was great, but more details are needed about parking permits. When you arrive will your car get towed before u get up to the room to get permit before you get back down to your car? What do you do for second car permit when office is closed?

Great location ! We loved the balcony ! It was a great place sit in the mornings. The included beach chairs and umbrella are a nice touch. It was wonderful to be able to head to the beach anytime. Vrbo pictures up to date so no surprises. Arrival and departure simple and convenient. Parking is convenient with covered walkway to parking structure across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

The patio was huge, and comfortable, and the view from the 9th floor was excellent. this was our third trip this season to PCB, and this was the nicest of the 3 condos we rented. loved 3 elevators for this size complex, never waited more than a minute, and plenty of handicapped parking without having to cross street or the skywalk, that is important to me also. My family and I were very happy, and will be back in touch to rent this condo again ! The Bennetts

Summer Vacation
