Many thanks to Pat, Dan and Jodi for a great stay.
We stayed nearly 3 weeks at the end of a road trip across the South West.
Fantastic house and location.
Clearly a home not a rental newly decorated and furnished plus super well equipped with every detail you will need from bathroom and kitchen supplies to every dish and pot you can imagine. Of course spotlessly clean.
Mains gas BBQ and new pool great to enjoy
Important for the hotter months the garden faces east, so from mid day the back of the house and seating area is in the shade, but sun still on the pool deck until 5 if you want to top up the tan.
We are from the UK but know the area well. We choose Anthem as a great base to explore the area. Very quick to get to everything on I17 but a great community to chill out in. Even in the July heat we took daily early morning walks from the house to and around the community park.
The house is in a great gated community and other then the odd golf club and ball connecting you can’t hear anything from the house and garden, other than the birds and occasional rabbit bouncing by :)
Dan and Jodi who take care of things locally were super helpful and attentive , many thanks guys.

We’ve stayed at several homes in this area, and this is the nicest property we’ve rented. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The house is beautiful, the furnishings are great and the area is terrific. The backyard is quiet, scenic and private. The community is very nice with walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
The interior is spacious and comfortable. The furniture is high-quality and comfortable. The kitchen as well, appointed, and even stocked with a few items you may need. The backyard is awesome. Great views and nice furnishings. The grill is large and an outdoor refrigerator is nearby. Lots of quality outdoor furniture too. The gas fire pit is awesome at night. All of this is surrounding a beautiful pool. And there’s a nice seating area in front of the house for morning coffee.
The owners were great to work with. They communicated everything with us very clearly before we arrived. We had no problems while we’re there. But if there was anything that needed attention, we had the name and number of of someone to help. They also contacted us after we arrived to make sure everything was OK.
You won’t be disappointed with this property!

We found our Summer Vacation Property!
The Home was perfect: clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked!
What a nice, quiet neighborhood and close to "downtown" shops, restaurants, and the park.
And as nice as the House was...the outdoor space and the view was even better.
We spent most of our time outside in and by the pool. The sunrise coming up over the mountains and and the view of the golf course was spectacular! We prepared most of our meals outside on the grill and ate at the bar while enjoying the view. The outdoor TV was an added bonus!
When we were inside, the kitchen had everything we needed. While prepping food indoors, I was able to watch and keep up on national news and sports with the large TV w/ surround sound and DVR in the living room.
The Master was large and the bed was very comfortable. The Master Bath was spacious with a large walk in closet, plenty of room for both of us!
Every bedroom and the living room had a huge ceiling fan that kept the cool air moving.
Pat and Dan were readily available for any questions we had about the home or area.
We can't wait until next year!

Girl's Trip
The house was fantastic! It was even better than expected. We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. I was very impressed with all of the supplies provided. Whenever I did have a question, the property manager responded immediately. The community is great as well with lots of restaurants, stores, and park nearby. I would definitely rent this house again.

Top Notch Experience in Every Way
My husband and I have done quite a few vacation rentals in recent years. This property and owners set the bar high for future rentals. They truly deserve top rankings across the board. We rented for the month of December, which for us was the longest period of time we have ever rented. Some things to highlight:
- home and yard were pristine which during COVID environment was especially reassuring;
- the backyard was our oasis- evening fires, outdoor kitchen food prep and dining, football watching on the patio, comfortable seating and great views;
- even though we chose not to heat the pool due to added cost we loved turning on the water and light effects to add to the ambience;
- hiking was a quick walk down the street to Daisy Mountain and surrounding area;
- communication with owner was top notch sharing info in a timely and proactive manner;
- part of the month I worked remotely and was able to do so seamlessly with reliable WiFi, a private office and access to printer;
- little touches like nice decor, high quality linens, outdoor blankets for cool evenings and adequate supply of paper products to get us started was greatly appreciated;
- although being up in Anthem was a bit further from family and friends in south valley, we really enjoyed being so much closer to Jerome, Sedona, Cave Creek etc
- shopping could not be more convenient;
- the community is safe, friendly and quiet.
For these reasons and many more we would highly recommend this home for others. Thank you so much for a first rate experience.

The home is decorated like a model house and has every possible amenity including tasteful furnishings, comfortable beds and all that one needs right down to utensils and cookware. The golf course view from the living room window is lovely. There are lots of birds and the sunrises and sunsets are fantastic. The swimming pool is fabulous, with sparkling water features and colored lights.
The hosts Pat and Paulette are very nice people who go out of their way to be helpful and to see that you are comfortable. Communication is superb. I enjoyed my stay immensely and would love to return again soon.

We cannot say enough good things about this beautiful and well equipped rental home. It exceeded all our expectations. The owners are meticulous and think of everything. The outside areas add so much to the whole experience of living here. It felt like home and given the opportunity would return in a heartbeat.
