Serenity Spritz Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

Breakfast was good and great location.

We chose this hotel based on its location, price, and the photos on the website. We paid 146€ per night for a sea-view room, expecting the room shown in the photos. However, due to confusion with the room allocation, we were initially placed in room #003 on the ground floor, right next to the reception, with direct access to a terrace and a public walkway. The room had an extremely strong and unpleasant sewage smell, which even affected the towels. Unfortunately, our request to change rooms was initially refused, and we were only moved on the fourth day of our stay to the room #105. Room #105 was much better, with no unpleasant smell and the sea view we had originally paid for. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also disappointing, as shown in the attached photos. The shower head would not stay in its holder, and the towels were very old, worn out, and far from fresh. Towels are only changed every other day. Breakfast was good, but also starts quite late, from 8:30 AM. Overall, this hotel has great potential thanks to its location, breakfast, and rooms. However, poor bathroom maintenance, outdated towels, and the lack of concern shown by the staff seriously affected our experience. The website photos no longer seem to reflect the actual condition of the hotel. For 146€ per night, I expected a clean, comfortable room without unpleasant smells. I enjoyed the holiday overall, but the first three days were spoiled by these issues. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and invests in proper cleaning and maintenance.

First and foremost, the staff at the front desk was amazing: Super friendly, helpful to the maximum with great recommendations and they prepared something nice for a birthday we were celebrating. Thank you for that! Cleanliness was also impeccable. Location was very good too.

Bathroom is small with open shower, so everything gets wet after use, pool is small and right next to other guest rooms which made us not want to use it. Breakfast was okay, selection is fine but they need to refill more & set tables faster after previous guests leave. I would recommend booking a room with sea view because I wouldn’t want to be next to the public pool nor was the inside view to the staircase/elevator/other rooms very appealing (although smart to make the most of the little space). In terms of value-for-money, we thought we got a really good deal seeing that the price went down considerably (Booking.com showed ~900€ instead of ~2200€) after the high season, but I definitely think that what we ended up paying was enough for what it was.

Stanza con vista mare meravigliosa ma piccola. Hotel nuovo e accogliente. Posizione riservata, lontano dalla confusione.

Colazione pessima. Stanza piccola. Mi sembra assurdo che un Boutique hotel non abbia un armadio per i vestiti, ma solo tre scaffali di plastica per poggiare alcune cose. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare i vestiti nella valigia e lo spazio era davvero limitato. Pulizie della stanza superficiali, bicchieri e tazze per la colazione sporchi. La piscina dell'albergo appena più grande di una vasca da bagno. Per ciò che offre l'hotel, il prezzo è esagerato.
