Staff in the hotel were very polite and patient. The beautiful Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful with any queries we had. There was a wide variety of foods for breakfast.

The drinks at the bar were not great. The cocktails mainly.

Das Hotel macht einen sehr schönen Eindruck und bietet viel Platz. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und bietet viele verschiedene Angebote.

Bei einem näheren Blick erkennt man leider einige unsaubere Ecken.

The pool area is lovely , however sunbed wars start from 8am we never got a bed around the pool once . The boho garden the next tier down was also really relaxing however the music in the whole place is so loud . The DJ is on Mon/wed/fri and I had room 734 the music was that loud the windows rattled so if you want a afternoon nap after a few drinks around the pool that wil not happen . The room itself was ok . Bathroom had mould around the base of the shower but apart from that the room was nice but did smell of drains very strongly . No smart tv and wifi was terrible . Breakfast was good though. First day we arrived they had double booked my friend and sent her to a completely different hotel which was awful . If you have any mobility issues this is not the hotel for you there are steps to get everywhere and the pool area a is spread over 3 terrace levels . Staff were friendly . €30 euro for a pool towel deposit is needed

The layout is very strange , loads of steps to get everywhere and the pool areas are so slippery I saw multiple people slip there should be some grips put around the tiles
