Our first family trip to Arizona and we had a wonderful home base for rest and relaxation after long days exploring! Great location, clean and comfortable!

THERE IS NO AC >>>> NEVER BOOK IN SUMMER >EXTREMELY HUMID .PROPERTY MANAGER WAS UNAVAILABLE THE ENTIRE 2 WEEKS. WE NEEDED TO PURCHASE COOKING SUPPLIES AS THE ONES LEFT WERE UNUSABLE . NOISY NEIGHBORHOOD < MOTORCYCLES,TRUCKS ,Buses at night > 1 block from Highway .. LOvely Decor but very worn out . Mattresses were the Worst . Many sleepless night . We got the impression based on Linens and Blow Up beds that the home is OVER USED by Skiers in the winter . I hope The Owners have awareness .WE left it very clean . Thanks for your time ,
