TOTAL MODERN RENOVATION!! including almost total glass in the high beamed living and dining rooms to enjoy the lovely glistening aspen trees and large backyard. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in
Coconino Estates and is PERFECT for a peaceful, fun getaway! Large new windows in all bedrooms to enjoy mountain fresh air and lovely landscape. Enjoy relaxing in the large private, fenced, backyard with covered patio, furniture with cushions, double swing with awning, large table and chairs, gas grill and fire pit. Guests may use attached garage. 6 parking places. All new modern dishes, pots and pans and appliances in a fully stocked kitchen! The Laundry room has a new washer and dryer. Free WIFI, There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms, with Firesticks. Master suite has a King size bed other two bedrooms have Queen size beds. ALL mattresses are very comfortable! Two rooms have walk in closets. You always sleep on spotless crisp, fresh sheets! Bathrooms are fully stocked! All towels are fluffy and spotless! I exchange EVERY fabric item in my home between guests! It is an easy mile walk or bike ride to Historic Downtown's excellent restaurants, breweries, shopping, art galleries and the Flagstaff Community Farmers Market. Our home is located one block from the Urban Trail System. Beautiful Buffalo Park, Thorpe Park, and it’s Ultimate Frisbee Course and fun play area for children and tennis courts, are within a mile away. Our local Duck Pond stocked with fish, is only a short walk away. Because I take pride in providing only a 5 star experience for each guest, I choose to manage and clean my home myself, and respond quickly when texed👍. I decorate inside and out for ALL Holidays😊. 528 Beal is a Perfect choice to enjoy sitting in front of the large gas fireplace before heading out to explore and enjoy Flagstaff and it’s surrounding areas! This property was an absolute gem! It is centrally located to everything Northern Arizona has to offer. Driving up to the house, we were instantly impressed by the manicured lawn and great curb appeal.Our host, Lanna, was wonderful with communication. Because we were arriving late, we let her know ahead of time, and she kindly left the lights on for us. Walking inside after a long trip was such a relief—it truly felt like a home away from home.The Living Space: The living room is incredibly cozy, featuring large windows that look out into a beautiful backyard.The Patio: The patio has a great setup it covered if you want shade, or uncovered if you don't. It was so peaceful to sit outside with my morning coffee while my sons were still asleep.The Bedrooms: The kids were thrilled to have their own rooms with TVs, and I was excited about the massive, comfortable bed. The mattresses were amazing, and the fluffy covers made me absolutely melt into bed. Since we arrived so late, I couldn't make it to the grocery store the first night. Lanna thoughtfully had coffee already stocked at the house, which allowed me to fuel up the next morning before heading out.The location couldn't be more convenient:5 minutes from Safeway (the local grocery store). 5 minutes from Crunch Fitness and the local observatory. 1.5 hours from the Grand Canyon and the Painted Desert. 45 min to Sedona. Lanna also gave us phenomenal recommendations for local dining, grocery shopping, and trails!

The house was in a fantastic location in a very quiet neighborhood only about a mile from downtown Flagstaff. The house has a great layout, lots of closet space, and a delightful backyard. Super clean and well appointed, too! We enjoyed the easy walk into town to visit restaurants and shops and the house was a perfect home base. And host Lanna was wonderful with excellent communication. Highly recommend this property!

Very clean and very well stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc). One of the best properties we have stayed at using VRBO. Host was proactive in getting in touch regarding check in and check out. Property itself was beautiful and well maintained.
