5-304 è senza dubbio una delle migliori proprietà dell'intero complesso. Essere in costruzione 5, l'angolo all'ultimo piano, la posizione è innegabilmente troppo perfetto. Privato, attico di fronte all'oceano diretta vivono al suo meglio.
NUOVISSIMA CUCINA RIMODATA COMPLETATA OTTOBRE 2017! Splendidi nuovi elettrodomestici, controsoffitti, armadi, pavimenti, illuminazione! Un nuovissimo dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino installato pure !!
Completamente attrezzato con praticamente tutto il necessario. Con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni, è la migliore opzione per 6 persone immaginabili. Letto king size nella camera da letto matrimoniale al piano di sotto, letto king size in soppalco al piano di sopra, e queen size parete pieghevole a tendina letto al piano inferiore. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno! Siamo più che orgogliosi di rappresentare 5-304.

Il Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club è una gated community di condomini. Ci sono tre campi da tennis professionali stile con illuminazione notturna; un campo da pro è a portata di mano tutti i giorni per lezioni o di coaching miglioramento del gioco.
La grande, rinnovato di recente piscina è l'ideale per i "giri" e anche per le piccole attività i bambini di acqua. sessioni di allenamento a base di piscina sono offerti ogni mattina. Docce e servizi igienici sono convenientemente situato nel grande padiglione vicino alla piscina e campi da tennis.
Una delle caratteristiche più interessanti del Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club sono i numerosi siti archeologici. Queste aree protette forniscono un assaggio di Hawaii anni di vita fa. Ogni sito ha una descrizione di carico delle attività che hanno avuto luogo anni e anni fa.

My family of 4 spent 4 nights at this condo and it was absolutely perfect for us. It has recently been updated and is now even nicer than the pictures. The furniture and flooring are contemporary and aesthetically appealing. I love the spiral staircase! It is actually very sturdy, despite the comments in a previous review. Maybe it was recently reinforced? In any case, it was very classy. The condo is a lot more spacious than the pictures let on. There was plenty of room for our 12 and 15 year old kids to have their space without annoying each other.
As others have mentioned, there are plenty of items needed for the beach - snorkel gear, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, towels, sand toys, etc. The kitchen is spacious and has newer appliances. There is a grocery store less than a 5-minute drive from the complex.
The property manager was super responsive. Before we arrived, I sent an email asking if the Murphy bed would be easy to set up for our daughter because we knew that we were arriving late and would be tired and cranky. Blake responded right away that he would have it set up for us when we arrived. Also, there was a small issue with one of the kitchen drawers. I reached out to Blake and he had it repaired within the hour.
Of course, the views from the lanai are gorgeous. We ate dinner outside every night and enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine. I would definitely stay here again!

Family of four stayed at this wonderful condo for four nights. Easy check-in (all you need are the codes). Well supplied with lots of beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards and cooler - most anything you’d want to take to beach. Close to activities - we surfed and snorkeled. We didn’t miss a sunset from the balcony - best unit in the place!

This property was all we expected and more. The views were incredible and we loved listening to the sounds of the waves crashing, it was relaxation at its finest! The place was super clean and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was just a few minute drive to shops and dining. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is most ideal. It is situated on the top floor with a balcony that has an unobstructed view of the crashing ocean below. The kitchen is very nice and has been remodeled. All of the bedrooms have a bathroom. One bedroom, however, has a sliding thin, paper-reinforced wall that opens completely into the living room. This bedroom is not very private, because of this fake wall. The window in this room also has many missing slats in the window covering. This allows people on the balcony to look directly into the room. With a bit of upgrading to the house (fixing the windows that don't open, adding an air conditioner, replacing the sliding wall, and replacing the window coverings) this unit could move to the top of the list for ratings. Our stay there was fine, just a bit awkward at times with the inconveniences and lack of privacy. We do not recommend that this unit be advertised as a 3-bedroom condo until it is upgraded. It is a wonderful 2-bedroom unit. Again, the best part of this condo is the amazing waterfront view.
