Tradizionale stile di tre piani cottage sulla spiaggia trova proprio in città e due semplici isolati dalla spiaggia. Finemente ristrutturato e aggiornato per tutta la stagione 2015. Ci sono cinque camere da letto e tre bagni e 12 posti letto. Questa casa per famiglie è anche animali con un cortile recintato per i bambini e amico di famiglia. La casa dispone di un avvolgente veranda protetta che è meraviglioso per raccogliere con la famiglia e gli amici, mangiare o leggere un buon libro.
La casa dispone di una cucina nuova di zecca e tutti i nuovi arredi. C'è uno scantinato pieno con lavanderia.
Una doccia esterna rende spiaggia gite facile da gestire.

Close to shopping, restaurants, the boardwalk, and the beach. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and clean. The fenced yard was great to have for the dogs. This was our second time staying at the house and look forward to staying there again.

This was our second year staying at this property. The house is so beautiful and cozy - perfect for a winter family getaway. Impeccably maintained with everything you need from kitchen supplies to basic essentials to get you started. So many thoughtful touches throughout the house. It is easy to feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Very close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants- you can walk everywhere. Bonus that pets are welcome, and the fenced in yard is perfect for letting our dog out in the early morning. The owner is super responsive and helpful too. Our whole family looks forward to staying at this lovely home!

This house was perfect! Great location. Beautifully decorated. Lots of space to hang out inside or out on the front or side porch! We loved this house and already want to plan our next time returning to this house!

This property won the 5-star award from my family. A first in all the years we have been using VRBO. We had 11 staying with us from new born to grandparents. This home was absolutely perfect. The location is on a busy street, but not noisy. The toddlers loved watching the trucks go by as well as a motorcade. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach (a long 2 blocks) and just a short distance further to the center of the boardwalk. The house was very clean and well set for furniture, both indoors and out. The kitchen has everything a cook would need from air-fryers to pitchers and silverware to platters. There was even a small array of spices. The 3-indoor showers are all beautifully renovated with no bathtubs. The kids loved showering outside. The home is wonderfully air conditioned with thermostats on each floor. Even the third floor never got hot! We also loved that the porch is both screened in and not. The littles always wanted to be outside. Really the only thing the house needed more of was kitchen towels, but I always bring extra with me as I like to change them out everyday. Don't forget to bring your own linen and bath towels and a bag of ice if you are big ice users. Have a great time!

The first time we saw a picture of the property we were so impressed with the beautiful flowers. The outside of the house looked awesome. The inside was just as nice. The location was near perfect. We all loved the porches. They became our gathering place. Great people watching porches. This house was one of our favorite vacation rentals.

We stayed there with children and grandchildren (11 people) and it was a great location, particularly if you have kids still young enough for Funland. The house is very well equiped for cooking. Even though it fronts on Bayard which has a fair amount of traffic, inside is very quiet.

Our family really loved this house, with an easy walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping! Everything was so well taken care of and all the up-to-date appliances worked perfectly. Best beach vacation house we ever stayed in!

This spot is perfectly next to the downtown area and has wonderful living and dining spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Property manager gave us pretty good communication and great day-of troubleshooting.

We loved our stay at this property. The rooms were clean, and very well appointed. Location was great. Short walk to the beach and to the shops. Great bike trails just a few minutes away. Highly recommended!

We traveled to the area for my daughter's field hockey tournament, and this house was the perfect fit for my family. The location was ideal, with many great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house was spotless and well-stocked. The host was easy to work with, and a phone call away if needed. The beach and boardwalk were an easy two-block walk. We enjoyed the lovely spring weather sitting on the beautiful porch with our family dog. It was a wonderful stay.

It is located very conveniently with the main street in downtown Rehoboth and the boardwalk and beaches just a few blocks away, making restaurants and shopping accessible without having to drive, though parking for multiple cars was available. The house itself was modern and comfortable and had all the amenities we could want. It made for a comfortable hangout inside or on the porch when we weren't out and about. The property manager had good communications and quickly responded to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again either in or out of season.

What a fantastic property - right off the main drag in Rehoboth but far enough from the crowds. Easy walk/bike to the beach and a wonderful home for our family (family of 4 plus 2 grandparents) to hang out at. Really fun weekend, and the Sea Witch festival is something to see - quite a scene!
