Questo condominio recentemente ristrutturato, con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, vista nord parziale sul Golfo, si trova al 7 ° piano del nostro edificio della Grande Torre. Per la sua posizione, è una breve passeggiata per la nostra spiaggia di quarzo bianco! Le viste sul Golfo del Messico da questo condominio sono ideali per guardare i tramonti serali! Le nostre unità a due camere da letto possono ospitare fino a 6 persone per rispettare il codice antincendio della contea di Sarasota. La camera da letto principale è arredata con 1 letto king size e la camera degli ospiti ha due letti queen size, entrambe le camere hanno una TV a schermo piatto da 32 "con servizio TV HD. Il bagno principale ha una comoda combinazione vasca / doccia e il bagno per gli ospiti ha una bella cabina doccia. Il soggiorno è dotato di una TV a schermo piatto da 43 "con servizio TV HD per il vostro divertimento. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito ed è fornita con gli oggetti necessari per cucinare pentole / padelle, stoviglie, utensili, tostapane e caffettiera standard. Questo condominio è stato recentemente piastrellato in tutta l'unità. Il patio chiuso con finestre scorrevoli consente la vista più spettacolare delle luci notturne della città. La piscina sulla spiaggia mostrata nella foto non fa parte della nostra proprietà.

I loved this place. The apartment is very nice and clean and the beach is just two steps from the building. My family enjoyed the place for its beauty, safety and the friendliness of its staff

We had 3 condos rented for 14 family members. Very happy with condos. I’m good shape with ample kitchen supplies. Our only complaint was location. There were no restaurants within walking distance from the condo. We stayed in the Tower so to go to the hot tub across the street was quite a walk back & forth. It also would have been nice to have a public bathroom by the beach so you didn’t have to go back to the condo if needed to use.

Great location on a beautiful private beach. The employees do an awesome job setting you up with chairs in the beach every morning. Easy and quick drive to downtown. Kitchen is really well stocked! Area rugs could use cleaning and comforters on beds are a little run down. Overall, a great property in Siesta Key :)

We arrived to major construction. There was no carpet, nails on the floor in the hallways, loud noises starting early in the morning. One day, they out carpet down without telling us. We were locked out of our room for over an hour without any notice.

Nice sized condo. It’s located where you have access to the beach and the inlet which is perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. The unit does have a Keurig, although it’s not posted in the description. Loved the view but we were disappointed that the windows with the view were inoperable. It would have been wonderful to hear the waves while sitting in the living and dining room. Great security on a private beach.

The mattresses in the guest room had indentations in the middle. My parents woke up with back aches. The shower in the master was very difficult to turn on. The tv remote in the living wasn’t working properly. Otherwise than that the place is amazing! If those things get fixed it would of been amazing! I would definitely come back but not to that unit if problem isn’t resolved. The Palm Bay Property is amazing and amazing service.

I love the place, also the conditions in the apartment. The view from the apartment is beautiful, magic sunset. It was my second year visiting. The inconvenience was one of the elevators was broken and many guests was complaining.

We enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay Club. The condo was just as described and was comfortable for our family of 6. The view was amazing. Our kids enjoyed the board games and had quite a serious game of Monopoly going!! The extra beach umbrella was a plus. We didn't cook but the kitchen had everything we needed if we did. We only had a few minor issues. The AC wasn't working properly when we arrived but Maintenance was quick to arrive and resolve the problem. There were 2 different coffee pots but both were missing parts so they couldn't be used. I bought a cheap one at Walgreens. Not a big deal. Things to note: there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms; the pool on the property is in the front of the complex by the main office, not on the beachside; parking availability isn't the best. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

After our 2020 vacation was cancelled due to Covid, this was the much needed "vitamin sea" our family needed! I have been coming to Palm Bay since I was 8 years old. Now I am bringing my family and this year we brought our friends with us. The week was perfect! Siesta Key is our favorite place and so is Palm Bay! See you next year!

The views from this condo are everything! There are huge glass windows throughout. You can watch the sunrise from the bedrooms and the sunset from the Living/Dining room. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here. I am local, but my parents were in town and we decided we wanted to stay at the beach. My dad has a disability and was able to get around very well. Elevators are convenient and very close to the unit. The condo was also very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

From Sunrises to Sunsets - the view was Amazing!

The beach was perfect, softest fluffiest sand (before the day of rain) and seashells galore - perfect for the kids and adults to collect! The location was perfect you could ride the trolley to either villages and we loved the convenience and the food and ice cream options. The pool was heated which felt nice for the morning swims with the kids. Overall was a great vacation I would definitely go back and stay at this same property again.
