Ristrutturazioni verso l'esterno della Grande Torre sono in corso in autunno. Si prega di chiamare l'Ufficio per i dettagli. Questo condominio recentemente ristrutturato, con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, vista nord parziale sul Golfo, si trova al 7 ° piano del nostro edificio della Grande Torre. Per la sua posizione, è una breve passeggiata per la nostra spiaggia di quarzo bianco! Le viste sul Golfo del Messico da questo condominio sono ideali per guardare i tramonti serali! Le nostre unità a due camere da letto possono ospitare fino a 6 persone per rispettare il codice antincendio della contea di Sarasota. La camera da letto principale è arredata con 1 letto king size e la camera degli ospiti ha due letti queen size, entrambe le camere hanno una TV a schermo piatto da 32 "con servizio TV HD. Il bagno principale ha una comoda combinazione vasca / doccia e il bagno per gli ospiti ha una bella cabina doccia. Il soggiorno è dotato di una TV a schermo piatto da 43 "con servizio TV HD per il vostro divertimento. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito ed è fornita con gli oggetti necessari per cucinare pentole / padelle, stoviglie, utensili, tostapane e caffettiera standard. Questo condominio è stato recentemente piastrellato in tutta l'unità. Il patio chiuso con finestre scorrevoli consente la vista più spettacolare delle luci notturne della città. La piscina sulla spiaggia mostrata nella foto non fa parte della nostra proprietà.

We were pleasantly surprised to walk into our condo and see such a large and incredible view, as we had expected much less! I agree with the other reviews that say the place could use some cosmetic TLC, but it was very clean, which is most important and we had all of the comfort and amenities we needed. The thing that would definitely bring us back is the best distance to the beach we have had in our 4 years of coming to Siesta Key! The location is nicely settled between the Village and the Captain Curt's end. Another great perk was having a person who handled the beach chairs for us (bringing them to us and putting them away)!

Office staff was very helpful as well as onsite maintenance and security staff. Location was outstanding, beach was beautiful. Our kids loved it, as did we. Only criticism was the smell of our room when we arrived. He reeked of urine. We could not tell where it was coming from. The flooring was pretty rough in areas and it seemed to emanate from the flooring in all rooms. We purchased some air fresheners and soaked the place with Febreze. That helped. We contemplated asking for a different room, but it did improve after 24 hours. I wonder if the room hadn't been opened up in a while.

The listing made it seem the master bedroom had an on suite but the bathroom was in the hall.
