Incredibile casa sulla baia di Cedar Bonnet Island con vista fino ad Atlantic City.
Mai sentito parlare di CBI? È un paradiso segreto locale - subito dopo il grande ponte e meno di 1/4 miglia da LBI (risparmia quasi un'ora per entrare e uscire e mal di testa del traffico rispetto a Beach Haven). Se stai cercando di divertirti con gli amici e la famiglia, evita un po 'di gente, hai il tuo molo da cui saltare, kayak per esplorare la natura e osservare le stelle di notte ... questo. è. esso.
6 posti letto comodamente: 3 camere da letto (2 matrimoniali, 1 doppia che si espande in una regina).
2. 5 bagni: il bagno principale dispone di vasca idromassaggio con vista sulla baia
Stupendi lavori di ristrutturazione furono fatti dopo Sandy:
- Nuovo deck IPE con ringhiere in vetro e mobili da salotto
- Cucina dello chef e elettrodomestici e strumenti in acciaio inossidabile di fascia alta
- La camera da letto principale è stata ristrutturata a maggio 2017 con pareti in legno battuto e soffitto a volta
- Il bagno principale è stato rinnovato nel 2017 con nuove pareti doccia, vanità e battenti
- Sala da bagno completamente rinnovata nel 2015
- Pavimenti in parquet
- Parcheggio per 3 auto
Giocattoli e divertimento a casa:
- 2 kayak (e probabilmente un terzo all'inizio dell'estate)
- 1 Stand up paddleboard
- Un sacco di giochi galleggianti con cui saltare dal molo per fare una nuotata nella baia
- 2 bici da spiaggia

The home was very comfortable and clean. The view of the bay from the main deck and the deck off of the primary suite were excellent. It was very relaxing to sit on the deck and enjoy the view and the wonderful weather we had with the quiet of Bonnett Island. It is very easy to access the main island so, we were just a short drive to the shops and restaurants. Emily was a fantastic host that had the house equipped with everything one would need for a stay.

This home is incredible. Fully stocked chefs kitchen was perfect for our family. The views of the bay were just stunning no matter what time of day. We were lucky enough to find this gem of a rental that allowed us to bring our big goofy dogs and the loved going on vacation with us. Perfect area to walk dogs around and very easy to navigate to and from the main island. Emily was super attentive and was available to answer any questions we had. It was truly a wonderful stay and I will definitely be looking to book again in the future!

Home is lovely with a view of the Bay that can’t be beat. Master Bedroom Suite has a terrific bathroom with view. Kitchen is large and comfortable. Need to update the decking.

This was exactly what we needed to escape noise and busy work. House is lovely—we had lots of good rest in and enjoyed breakfast in the charming. well stocked kitchen. Even though two days were cold and windy we still enjoyed the view (bring binocs!) and deck with very comfy blankets. The water is very shallow around the dock and the children enjoyed watching and catching jelly fish there ;))) Fishing & kayaking are great there! Neighbor Chuck gave us friendly advice to tour around the Bonnet Islands. Lots of relaxing nature time! Cozy, clean house. The beach is not open yet for the season so we enjoyed flying a kite and kids ran along the icy shore line for fun. Thank You so much Emily & Tony
