Panorami affascinanti, posizione eccezionale, direttamente sull'Oceano Atlantico, così vicino all'oceano che puoi praticamente pescare dal patio. Parlando del patio, è lungo oltre 40 piedi. Puoi semplicemente passare tutta la tua vacanza seduto nel patio a guardare la baia che cambia lentamente in 100 diverse tonalità di blu. Abbiamo una nuova piscina riscaldata da 28 piedi con una vista che non dimenticherai. Abbiamo rifatto questa casa da un milione di dollari, quindi tutti i bagni e le camere da letto sono nuovi. Lo amerai! Abbiamo 5 paddleboard, 3 kayak singoli e un kayak tandem. Abbiamo anche 4 biciclette Beach Cruiser e una sala giochi con tavolo da ping pong, Xbox, videogiochi e pianoforte. L'elenco continua su ... Non rimarrete delusi da questo posto! Non ci sono case nei lotti proprio accanto a questa casa su entrambi i lati che si affacciano sull'oceano. Quindi c'è un'ottima privacy qui. Ci sono ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi e un bellissimo parco per bambini (in fondo alla strada). Si prega di controllare le immagini ... I have stayed in several ocean front homes in Marathon over the past few years and this is the very best. Large, roomy, extremely comfortable for a family of 7, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, games galore, extra large screen tv’s, plenty of beach towels, kitchen equipment, and everything you want & need for a great vacation. The location has the most beautiful ocean view from the roomy & comfortable porch. The pool is fantastic! The check in was seamless and the owner was easily reachable and checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn’t ask for more and plan to make this our choice for future stays in the Keys.

It was simply amazing. We had anticipated the trip for so long that we knew there was the danger of reality not living up to our expectations. But the experience came through as a trip of a lifetime building great memories for our adult children and friends. The property’s location and quality was first rate. The view was so mesmerizing that it was hard to leave the house. Highly recommended.

This house and the surrounding property are truly amazing! The ocean views are unbeatable, dock right outside, and adjoining pool is the best. Todd is very responsive and offers lots of information on the locale and activities…. We will be back again.

This is a beautiful oceanfront property. It is very private. There are no houses on either lot on each side. It was easy to get to by water with the boat we rented. We enjoyed the house with our adult children and our granddaughter. We had plenty of room. Our activities included using the very nice pool, fishing, boating to the many waterfront restaurants and a day trip to Key West.
We would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation to the FL Keys

This was a great property, location was perfect and the owners were very responsive and detail oriented to make sure your vacation is the best it can be. The views are amazing and everything we needed was close by.

As advertised and more. VRBO listing accurate. Property as presented. Location and views spectacular. Easy access to Vaca Cut and 7 mile bridge. Minor issues addressed immediately by owner. Utilized paddle boards, kayaks and dockage. Everyone spent time in the pool.

This is a beautiful house and property. The online photos are great but to walk in and experience is magical. The house sits right on the water and master bedroom has a large window with the sunrise view. A true paradise. They provide every comfort and amenity for your vacation. Loved the privacy and the big balcony. It’s also conveniently located to enjoy surrounding area and head straight to key west . Beautiful! A privilege to enjoy the stay, made our anniversary very special!

I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Todd was easy to communicate with during our booking and throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and in great condition. we had a family of 9 and there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Adults as well as the children loved the house. Fishing from the dock, kayaking and paddle boards, ping pong and the pool kept everyone entertained. The huge balcony turned out to be the favorite gathering spot every day. We even had a manatee stop by the dock to visit. We will definitely have this on the top of our list for our next trip. Todd, thanks for making our family vacation all that we hoped for.

My sister's family and my family enjoyed the week at this great house. The views were amazing. It was a nice and relaxing for all of us. We even got to see a manatee by the dock. There was plenty of room for everyone. The description of the house was not an exaggeration!

This is a beautifully remodeled home. You will not be disappointed. We truly enjoyed sitting on any one of the decks to watch the sunset. Plenty of room for our cars and boat trailer. The dock has great vertical rubber bumpers for your boat. There are some items not listed in the description that we found impressive. There are plenty of life preservers, a tire pump for the bicycles, games, binoculars, and even a fishing pole. There is nothing that I can think of that we needed. We had a great time and will book this property again the next time we have a big group.

We plan to come back in the next 3 years due to view and fishing.

Awesome views!!
My family of seven, (wife and 5 children) stay at this property. It was as described with the exception of number of Kayaks. When I brought this up to the owner, they quickly offered to take care of it. That is really all you can ask for. Views of the ocean were fantastic. Being able to swim in the pool and be right next to the ocean was great. We were there during a full moon and enjoyed sitting on the dock at night watching the moonlight and talking as a family. Good memories.

Our group enjoyed the ping-pong table in the "playroom" downstairs. If you're into water sports, you'll be amazed by the equipment offered here. Launching a kayak here can be tricky, though, as there is a bit of a dropoff to the water from the pier, and no walk-in access anywhere on the property (one of the drawbacks of this rental). The pool was great (we paid extra to have it heated ---a good thing, since it was quite chilly during our stay). One thrill was seeing a manatee right by the shore. He must hang out nearby, because we saw him two different days.

Great home and location in Marathon. We had the best time at this wonderful home. The location was great on Marathon. Many great places to eat and the attractions and stores were only a few minutes away. The home was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Truly a great home and vacation experience.
