Facile accesso a questa villa splendidamente arredata, recentemente ristrutturata (luglio 2018) con vista sull'oceano completa dal soggiorno, da entrambe le camere da letto e dal balcone. Pavimenti in piastrelle in tutta la villa e TV a schermo piatto da 40 pollici nel soggiorno. Solo 14 gradini per la strada e un totale di 1067 piedi quadrati. Se viaggi con i più piccoli, porta la luce; c'è un pacchetto e giocare e un seggiolone nella proprietà.
Le camere da letto dispongono di un letto king size nel master, un letto matrimoniale nella camera degli ospiti e il soggiorno offre un divano letto queen size. Questa villa comprende anche un carrello da golf per 6 passeggeri. H246

This was my family’s first time in Catalina (2 adults with 3 kids under 7). It was just perfect. Had everything we needed and felt like home instantly. The golf cart was a little older but my kids got a kick out of it and loved it. Thank you for hosting us!

What a wonderful view this unit has. It’s also situated only a few minutes drive into town but has all the amenities you need right in the property like a private beach, putting green, tennis court, pool and spa just to mention a few. The unit also came with a 6 passenger golf cart which was great. We would love to come back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Location could not have been better. Just outside of town with the best views and Amenities the property has to offer. Only a few stairs and steps away from golf cart. Very easy to get around in this small town. Master bed was a little hard for my taste but other than that overall extremely satisfied with this rental .

Perfect location with minimal steps to the main road. We love Hamilton Cove and have stayed in this community before however we were not very impressed with this property. It wasn’t the neatest or cleanest place. Didn’t appear to be newly remodeled like the description says. It was very hot in the house, no AC. Bath towels were so small and not enough bath/hand towels for 4 days. Some of us had to use the same towel the entire time. Linen closet smelled bad and only had old comforters and pillows. The sofa bed mattress was very thin and extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the bars underneath digging into your back. 1st bedroom mattress was also uncomfortable, the springs were so weak that when I sat or laid on the edge I slipped off the bed. There was only one coffee mug in the house and a few tiny tea cups luckily we had a few thermos mugs we brought from home. Lastly, the golf cart appears to be on its last leg. It drove very slow and had a hard time going uphill.
