Rooms was big enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Needed deep cleaning. Mattresses and carpets were a little bit smelly. Over was clean enough.

The staff were lovely.
Our 'trendy' room had no natural light. The 'city view' was a tiny dirty 'light well' full of cigarette butts. Opening the room door, we could smell stale cigarettes. The toilet flush didnt work and we had to get it fixed twice - after that we worked out how to fix it ourselves.
The rest of the hotel was lovely, but we had to spe d as little time in our room as possible, it was so depressing. .
We booked the hotel mainly because it offerd a laundry service, as we had been travelling, only to be told it didnt.
Wi-fi was unreliable, and required the reception staff to access it.
A lot of misrepresentation on booking.com.
