We liked the breakfast and the nice Service.

The bathroom looks a bit old and it could have been a bit more clean.

The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a TV and free Wi-Fi. I also really appreciated the complimentary tea and water provided every day. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection. The hotel was well maintained, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall service was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.

There were a few things that could be improved. In the bathroom, there was only one roll of toilet paper and no spare roll available. It would be much better to provide at least a few extra rolls in the room. A few times, the towels I received did not seem properly clean. They had an unpleasant smell, as if they had already been used, and I also found hairs on them. This was probably the most disappointing part of the stay and should definitely be improved. The breakfast itself was good and there was a nice variety of food. However, there was only one place to get tea and hot drinks. If your table is further away, you have to keep walking back and forth, so having another tea or hot-drink station would make breakfast more convenient. A few small improvements to housekeeping, especially checking towels more carefully and making sure basic bathroom supplies are always fully stocked, would make the overall experience much better.
