Staybridge Suites - Wisconsin Dells - Lake Delton by IHG

Big spacious room, minutes away from center of town, and plenty of restaurants in a walking distance. Yet very quiet. Nicd breakfast. A fully stocked kitchen, with a huge fridge and a huge microwave. Complementary washer and dryer very convenient. High vfm all and all.

Pillows a bit uncomfortable, but nothing significant.

Excellent selection. Highly attentive staff. Easy check in. Clean workout area.

Cable television selection is a bit dated. Streaming was difficult to connect.

Nice location many things around

Pretty clean overall. Roomy. Comfortable bedding. 2 TVs. Gluten-free cereal at breafast. Good orange juice. Full size refrigerator.

CONS: Special Requests Ignored. Filled out a special request online for a "Quiet" room when booking. Got no response. Was given the motel's most noisy room, next to communal area (where 35+ people gathered in the evening) and elevator. When it got very loud, I sent my wife to the front desk to ask why we were not given a Quiet room as I requested 2 weeks prior. She got excuses. (Bottom line: They didn't want to lose a sale, so they ignored our request.) They finally did offer another room, but at that point we had been there 4 hours, unpacked, and I was watching football & didn't want to move. (Question - If they had a more quiet room available, why weren't we given it to begin with?) BE AWARE: Staybridge does not reply to all requests. Don't assume a request will be filled. I understand it was a weekend and they were pretty well booked, but we would NOT have stayed there if they would have been UP FRONT and COMMUNICATED that they could not accommodate our request submitted ahead of time for a Quiet room. NOTE: We took an 8-day road trip around Wisconsin, and the 3 other chain motel properties we stayed at responded to our online request for a Quiet room promptly upon booking. Other cons: Pricey, charged an extra Resort Fee, no decaf coffee, some kitchen utensils in our unit were dirty, dirty vent in kitchen.
