Coco Azul -Beach Front- Ocean Front-No Stairs
Zero scale fino alla spiaggia. Basta scendere dall'ascensore e scendere una breve rampa. Ascoltate lo schianto dell'onda e osservate l'oceano cristallino di Coco Azul situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Los Muertos (sedie verdi) sulla baia di Banderas nella Zona Romantica al livello 9. Coco Azul è vicino a tutto ciò che comprende Blue Chairs / Green Chairs Resorts, Mantamar Beach Club e Sapphire Ocean Club, ma abbastanza lontano da sentire un senso di privacy e relax. Basta camminare per pochi isolati nel cuore della città vecchia, c'è qualcosa per tutti compresi molti negozi, bar e ristoranti gay friendly. Rinnovato di recente, l'atmosfera è moderna e beachy con un tocco del vecchio Messico: toni naturali, acqua fredda e un'atmosfera moderna e rilassata creano un senso di calma. Questa unità finale è leggera e ariosa con molte finestre. La vista mozzafiato può essere goduto dalla doppia aria condizionata, dal patio privato completo di cucina esterna o dalla piscina che si trova quasi sulla spiaggia. Siete invitati a godere dei numerosi servizi tra cui una moderna cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici inox, lavatrice e asciugatrice in-unità, ampia camera da letto privata con letto king size, ventilatori a soffitto sia all'interno che all'esterno, WIFI e due schermo piatto televisori, uno in camera da letto con Apple TV e un grande 59 "in soggiorno con scatola Kodi per l'intrattenimento con 100 di film / sport / notizie, ecc. My husband and I stayed here in January 2026 for one week. The condo was beautiful, the view was stunning, and we loved the location. It was in a fairly quiet area, but just a few blocks from all the great restaurants of the RZ. We would 100% recommend the condo to anyone. I hope to visit again - maybe next January!

The condo lived up to its description. We especially appreciated how everyone in the area was so welcoming and friendly. From other condo owners, staff, other tourists. It was awesome!

This condo is very nice inside & out. The location is great, only a 10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants downtown. It's up a rather steep hill with cobblestone streets, so be aware if you have mobility issues. The Kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom (comfy bed), are all great. The balcony is awesome, with a great view of the ocean, and to-die-for sunsets, however the buzzkill is the noise during the day. There is a large air compressor for the adjacent resort about 20 yards away, that comes on and off every 5 minutes...this is annoying to the point that you don't want to be out there for long during the day. Maybe this is a new installation, as the property manager didn't seem to be aware of it when we brought it to her attention. Luckily, it stops running after about 7p.m., so you can really enjoy the balcony in the evenings. During the day there is some construction noise in other units in the same building, and the music from the beach clubs and resort next door can be somewhat irritating after a while, but there is a noise bylaw, so no music after 10 p.m. The pool is absolutely fantastic! Paradise, with all kinds of beautiful flowers and a wonderful waterfall that you can swim through. The property manager Beatriz is amazing, always getting back to us right away, and being super helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully the compressor issue will get resolved soon.
