We had an incredible week at Sapphire Beach Resort. Sapphire Beach & Smith Bay were simply spectacular! Coki Beach & Magens Bay were also beautiful but Sapphire Beach was no disappointment & every bit as beautiful. The resort was well maintained. The beach & pool were both terrific. Building E was quiet next to the marina & a very short walk to the pool, beach & bar. It was appreciated that when mother nature caused tons of seaweed to wash up in front t of Buildings D and E, the resort cleaned the area daily which was not the case at other resorts which resulted in impacted access to their water and smelled like "low-tide!" The condo was immaculately clean& comfortable & we'll appointed for our home away from home for the week. Drinking my coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the water never got old. As someone who's had back surgery & sleeps on a memory foam bed at home, the bed was very comfortable-firm, yet not hard as a board. We took a sunset cruise thet left from the marina, took a 3 minute taxi ride to the ferry over to St John for the day & took a site seeing tour of St Thomas with Godfrey's who picked us up at the resort. Resort Staff were very friendly & we found it very easy to get a taxi from the resort. The resort itself, the location and the condo all exceeded our high expectations. I would definitely return to St Thomas w/ Sapphire Beach Resort as my preference & would book this condo again without any hesitation.

Property was clean and had everything we needed

Wonderful stay on St Yhomas. Everything as described but words don’t convey the true beauty of this place. Beautiful Saphire Beach with open air bar and great restaurant, marina next door, all in walking distance. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Overall a wonderful relaxing stay.

The unit was spotless and everything we needed for our stay was there. Beach towels, snorkel gear, paper goods, seasonings, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was in good working order and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We enjoyed the balcony and watching the boats go to and fro from the marina next door. The view of St. John was stunning. We rented a Jeep and we’re extremely glad we did. Yes, there are taxis available, but the freedom of coming and going at our leisure was worth the cost of a rental. We spent most of our time either in Red Hook or at Magen’s Bay Beach. Sapphire Beach was amazing for snorkeling, but the sand was coarse and the beach small. Great atmosphere at the beach bar and restaurant! Would definitely recommend this condo and Sapphire Beach if you love snorkeling and want to be near Red Hook. John was an excellent host. I’m

Great location right at the beach with a good sized balcony/deck for breakfast or hang out and see and hear the sea but still private. Nice kitchen, well equipped with decent quality pots and pans. Comfortable bed.

A 2nd floor studio apartment with serene views. Clean, spacious, and easy in/out. Coffee shop, pizza, beach bar, and high-end dining spot are a short walk away. Best snorkeling on Saint Thomas.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was amazing to sit in the balcony in peace and watch the pelicans feed and see the boats come and go. I was pleasantly surprised at the extras like shampoo and conditioner, body was, hand soap, food seasoning (although I only cooked eggs once) and food wrap. I would definitely recommend.

Definitely stay here, the location is perfect! The furniture and mattress were recently updated and brand new. The pictures do not do this place justice!

We were in St. Thomas as a lay over on our way home from BVI. The condo location was easy to get to, close to many restaurants/bars in Red Hook. Condo had everything we needed plus some. Great views from balcony in am. We rented a car, I think it would be tough without one. Taxis were readily available but costs would add up. Enjoyed, we would stay here again 😊

Once again, we enjoyed our stay at this condo at Sapphire. We have stayed at the same place multiple times because John is so great to deal with! We will be back!

John and Sylvia are terrific hosts. Responsive to any needs. Extremely clean and well kept. Great location to all of the north shore beaches, Red Hook, and truly pretty easy to navigate the island. Away from the crowds in Charlotte Amelia. Terrific Beach Bar, Pizza joint, and a fine dining restaurant on premises. There is also a taxi stand if you wish not to drive. Very nice swimming pool as well. We would highly recommend this location and unit to rent.

John and Sally’s place was amazing for our stay! Right on the water with a beautiful view of St John. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and the spacious bathroom was amazing for getting ready. The proximity to Red Hook was great for the ferry and restaurants. And the amenities right on the property can’t be beat - multiple restaurants, coffee shop and bars along with a beautiful pool and beach chairs. Don’t miss out on this spot!

We enjoyed our stay at the Estate Smith Bay. The location was perfect for us and our plans. The view was great and the building was located away from all the activity so it was quiet. Our only recommendation for the owner would be a new mattress for the bed. It was sunk in on both sides. Overall, we would recommend this property. It was clean and well supplied. It was a great stay.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was nicely appointed and was perfectly located not only in the condo complex itself, but in St. Thomas. The owner was very responsive the few times we had questions. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Loved the location 5 min drive to Red Hook but also quiet building. Literally 10 feet from the ocean and because it's in the building furthest away from the pool you have very few people walking by and can hear the waves on the 2nd floor. The inside was everything you need for a week and I would recommend this place to anyone. The owner is also quick to reply with info!

This property location is perfect and clean! It is everything you could want and more! The staff are friendly, food and drinks great, and the beach is to die for!

The condo was as described, clean, well kept & in a perfect location. Close to Red Hook with access to the ferry to get to St John.

We stayed for six nights attending a wedding held on the property grounds. Our unit was immaculate. I would recommend it.

We loved our stay at Sapphire Bay, and the view from the room was amazing! The snorkeling in the bay was the best I’ve ever seen. Hundreds of beautiful tropical fish and warm, calm waters. The condo had everything we needed for our comfort, extremely clean, and a big soft bed. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this condo on Sapphire Beach. The condo was immaculate with many new updates. Owner was super responsive to any questions. Beach and pool were wonderful. Great restaurants near by. Very quiet and relaxing vacation, we will be back!

The view was beyond the BEST

The condo itself was excellent. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The view of the beach was GREAT! Downside...the property if is need of updating. The grounds/property was unkept, overgrown and dead plants & trees. The parking lot is in terrible condition. The overall condition on the property is an eyesore and no drive up appeal/appearance. The property needs a complete overhaul!

We enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Village. the unit is as described, except for couches. sapphire village has wonderful views, beautiful pool, pool bar and the food at the was good. lots of available taxis and great to be near the marina for sunset cruises- on the Breakaway and close to red hook for the ferry to St John. all other reviews were correct on location of building (A is closest to beach you will want to be on) , but this building is two minutes away and closer to marina. John was great to communicate with. this beach is a bit rocky unlike Magens Bay or ones on St John. the owner was great about answering questions quickly. I highly recommend this unit and Sapphire village.

The room was great, easy walk to pool and beach. Beach bar had good food and drinks. Taxi’s were readily available. Was a a little surprised of view with so much seaweed, but that is Mother Nature! Still beautiful.

My overall stay at this property I would rate a 8 A lot of information was not disclosed to me about the island like at 11 o’clock at night the island shuts down meaning there is no power the power does not come back on until six in the morning I stay there for four days and every night @ 11pm power would shut off outside of that the property was beautiful the natives were helpful

We loved our stay at Sapphire Beach! The highlights: Condo unit was very clean, check in and communication with the host John was a breeze. There are two breakfast spots available to walk to Beach buzz and Sudi’s (up the hill). We mainly used the Condo as a place to rest our heads and recharge for the next days adventures. We rented a vehicle to get around the island( keep to the LEFT!) as we knew we would spend the same amount just taking a taxi every where. We found the location to be very convenient to redhook for dinner. Opportunities:As mentioned by other guests there is seaweed on the beach . Clean up crews work every day to move it and clear areas on property. We did not mind as we spent time at other beaches on island. Also the seaweed was also an issue for Margaritaville. Would be nice for the condo to have 2 small collapsible beach chairs to take down to the beach instead of renting. Overall we would definitely stay here again!
