Le porte-finestre si aprono su un enorme ponte che conduce a un patio in pietra costruito su misura e un pozzo del fuoco con una seconda griglia. Un sacco di posti a sedere per grandi gruppi, famiglie e amici. Servizi confortevoli per tutte le stagioni dell'anno. Il ponte combinato con la zona salotto in pietra ospiterà comodamente 40 persone.
In combinazione con la nostra altra casa per le vacanze, Merchant House I, (Vrbo # 448478) che si trova sullo stesso lato della strada, un lotto in basso potrebbe essere considerato per un affitto combinato per gruppi più grandi come fughe aziendali, matrimoni, ecc.

The house is in a good location.The hot water heater had some issues while we were there. It can’t handle multiple things going on at the same time, so we had about 24 hours of no hot water. The owner came to reset it after we waited all day for him to come. We loved the large outside seating area for our family to be able to gather together in the evenings.The bathroom door upstairs wouldn’t lock, so that was an issue while we were there. The yard needed to be mowed when we arrived.Overall, it worked for our needs most of the time.

The location is perfect; however, the actual accommodations need some sprucing up. All of the TVs are dated and not compatible with current smart devices. The upstairs bathroom door would not shut correctly. The back patio was covered at one time but now fully exposed to the sun. Outdoor furniture was not conducive to relaxing. Kitchen was not fully stocked with cookware. To many accent antiques within the home. Not all of the bedrooms had places to put their belongings. We were asked to put towels in the washer, which was fine but the dryer made an horrendous loud sound when used. Aside from the location, I wasn’t impressed with the home not for the amount we paid per night. But our family enjoyed ourselves regardless. Hopefully in the future they update more of the interior furnishings for a more welcoming environment.

Nice home. Very Clean. You really can walk everywhere!There were too many ornamental things that had to be moved as we had kids with us. No sheet pans or pizza pans. But, overall very nice place in a lovely neighborhood. We totally enjoyed it!
