This home sleeps 12. 3 king beds, 1 queen, 2 single bunk beds, and 1 queen sofa bed. There are 2 full baths, 2 dining and living spaces; 1 full kitchen with island, 1 kitchenette with peninsula. TV & fireplace in each bedroom & living space. Dish TV and wifi cable internet.
French doors open to huge deck that leads to a custom built stone patio and fire pit with a second grill. Plenty of seating for large groups, families, and friends. Comfortable amenities for all seasons of the year. The deck combined with the stone seating area will accommodate 40 people comfortably.

The house is in a good location.The hot water heater had some issues while we were there. It can’t handle multiple things going on at the same time, so we had about 24 hours of no hot water. The owner came to reset it after we waited all day for him to come. We loved the large outside seating area for our family to be able to gather together in the evenings.The bathroom door upstairs wouldn’t lock, so that was an issue while we were there. The yard needed to be mowed when we arrived.Overall, it worked for our needs most of the time.

The location is perfect; however, the actual accommodations need some sprucing up. All of the TVs are dated and not compatible with current smart devices. The upstairs bathroom door would not shut correctly. The back patio was covered at one time but now fully exposed to the sun. Outdoor furniture was not conducive to relaxing. Kitchen was not fully stocked with cookware. To many accent antiques within the home. Not all of the bedrooms had places to put their belongings. We were asked to put towels in the washer, which was fine but the dryer made an horrendous loud sound when used. Aside from the location, I wasn’t impressed with the home not for the amount we paid per night. But our family enjoyed ourselves regardless. Hopefully in the future they update more of the interior furnishings for a more welcoming environment.

Nice home. Very Clean. You really can walk everywhere!There were too many ornamental things that had to be moved as we had kids with us. No sheet pans or pizza pans. But, overall very nice place in a lovely neighborhood. We totally enjoyed it!
