Very clean and plenty of room for my entire family.

It was just my husband and I. We cooked a few dinners and lunches in - the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The unit is within an easy walk to the beach access.. I prepared for the trip by reserving a variety of books at the library to bring with me only to find that some of them were already on the bookshelf at the house. Great trip - I am sure we will stay here again.

The online pictures do not display the beauty of this rental. Clean and equipped with everything one needs for a relaxing beach trip! Communication with the owner so any questions were quickly answered. We hope to rent again!

Games, puzzles, cards, a HUGE supply of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards etc. We brought our own even though the booking listed several were available-you just never know. But we could have saved a lot of extra packing and storage in the car by not taking ours. Haha I can’t say enough great things about this place! Usually there is always something you didn’t like or didn’t go smoothly
or something like that with a rental but this one there was nothing! Would definitely recommend and will book again!

Large condo at the beach!
Pictures do not do this beautiful condo justice. Very large condo with plenty of space for everyone. Within a few steps your feet are in the sand. This rental is extremely clean and the owners are very helpful and great to work with. The neighborhood is very clean and well taken care of. Looking forward to another stay at this AMAZING rental!

Labor Day Holiday
Relaxing holiday at the beach. This condo is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The owner was responsive, check-in and out easy. We enjoyed our time there and could not have asked for more.

Vacation Perfection!!!
Our family of 6 adults + 3 children under 10 years old stayed at this awesome property last month and it was THE BEST!!! First of all, it screamed CLEAN when we arrived which is critical right now. The layout afforded everyone their own space and with comfort. We cooked many, many meals and the kitchen was well-equipped. The outdoor space was comfortable and roomy. The elevator was a great convenience and there was ample parking. We enjoyed the pool one afternoon and the convenience to the beach right across the street was just what we needed with small ones and naptime. The owner was great to deal with and her flexibility during the questionable quarantine times was very much appreciated. A++++++

This property worked perfect for our stay. We had two families with a total of 5 adults and 5 kids. The layout was perfect. I can easily recommend this property. The owner was quick to reply on any questions.

Great with ocean view
This was a great place for our family to stay with our dog. The porch was a peaceful and relaxing place to view the sunset or the ocean, especially being an end unit. It was a very short walk to the beach, super close to the beach access. You are also very near the Islander club and restaurant. We had plenty of room for everyone, and the condo was well equipped (there was a Keurig and regular coffee maker in the kitchen). With it being it off season, we were able to check out late and Chris was great communicating with us. Great value and we'll definitely be back!

Best place for families
This place was beyond wonderful for our families to get together and relax. The pool and location were perfect for a little one. Elevator was also a plus for elderly parents!

This is a beautiful home in an excellent location. We were very comfortable. Highly recommend. The owner, Chris, is great to work with, as is her manager, Bonnie. Would definitely stay again on our next trip. Love Ocean Isle.

Priceless is the best !
This is our 4 th year staying at priceless and we absolutely love it. Great location to the beach!! The owner is wonderful and so is the condo. The condo has so much to keep my grandchildren Occupied!! We are already booked for 2020.

This villa had it all! Clean, convenient to Isles, beach, and tennis. Kitchen is stocked and views are great with deck rockers, outside table and chairs and stocked storage with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.

Excellent place to stay.
We’re very grateful for the opportunity to stay at this villa. Chris keeps the villa updated and well stocked. We spent 9 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The furniture, especially the beds, are all comfortable. All the rooms are nicely decorated and welcoming and good size for any family(s) to be comfortable. There is a significant amount of baby equipment, high chairs, booster seats, etc. Chris has a well stocked ground level storage unit with beach chairs, umbrellas and a grill, and a beach wagon. The deck has four comfortable rockers and a polywood dining table with six chairs.
My wife and I are looking forward to our return visit.

Convenience to the beach is the best!
Very comfortable couch in the family room! It’s great to be a 2 minute walk to the beach. From early morning to late evening walks, being able to go jump in the ocean in between the rain showers was just what the doctor ordered!!

We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. This location is extremely nice and very clean. The walk to the beach is closer than that of any large resort you could stay in oceanfront. The views are amazing (there are oceanfront houses in front of you, but they are all beautiful)!!! The outside patio furniture was a delight and the fully stocked kitchen was splendid. We also are very grateful that you allowed us to take our Shiz Tzu on vacation with us. We got to experience some awesome waves, find some beautiful sea stars and shells - compliaments of Hurricane Earl - and the weather was absolutely beautiful! Although we did not utilize the resorts pool access we did walk there and it is close to the villa. We want to thank you for allowing our familly to enjoy your vacation home. We would definately rent again!

My family of 12 stayed in this beautiful villa for our annual weekly vacation. Everything stated on the owner's site, we found to be absolutely true. Each room is beautifully decorated and radiated a feeling of comfort and warmth. We loved sitting on the deck, catching the breeze off the ocean while rocking in the chairs and enjoying our grandchildren. We were steps away from the ocean and pool, and minutes from shopping, putt-putt, and great seafood in Calabash. The villa had everything we needed and the owners are sincere in their desire to help make your vacation/trip one of the best ever. Chris, thank you for everything and we will definitely recommend your villa to friends and family, as well as hope to stay there again. Thank you also for your personal interest and prayers for my family!

Our family stayed at this wonderful condo for a long Memorial Day weekend. Great location, very close to beach access and pool. We loved sitting on the large deck looking at the ocean. Plenty of space for all of us and loved having our dog with us. Great ammenities and beautiful decor. Will definitely stay again in the future. Thank you so much Chris!!

We had a wonderful time in Ocean Isle Beach in April 2010 and our accommodations in "Priceless" made our experience exactly what we envisioned. We were there for the wedding of our daughter and the unit was just perfect for our needs. The unit was well furnished, cozy, clean and met all of our expectations! We even had time to enjoy relaxing on the back deck! The owners were very accommodating of our requests and because of that our "wedding week" was just perfect! Thank you, Chris & Brian!

We just finished up our week in Ocean Isle. We had eight adults, three kids under age 2, and a dog, and it went quite well.
For the most part, the condo is terrific. Plenty of space, a great porch with rocking chairs to soak up the evening breezes. And the owners supply a lot of nice little touches, like wireless internet, books and movies, a fully-stocked kitchen, etc. It's on the first floor, which makes moving in easy. Location is very good, just across from the beach.
Only complaints are very minor - the pots and pans for cooking are pretty dinged up, the stove top burners don't seem to heat evenly, the carpet could use a good steam-cleaning, and we could have used a hook on the back of the door of the second bedroom. But those are minor things.
All in all, a very good experience.
