Ubicato in Boerne, questo delizioso casa a 334 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Venite a visitare il Texas Hill Country e il soggiorno in questo enorme completamente rinnovato 3000 Mq 2 storia Guest House con piscina a 5 Gated Acres. Abbiamo due ampie zone soggiorno, 4 camere da letto-1 letto king size, 1 letto queen-size e due letti a castello separati (tutti i letti sono dotati di un coprimaterasso in memory foam - il materasso gonfiabile Queen dorme altri due, se necessario). 2 bagni completi (e una doccia esterna!) e cucina per tutti di raccogliere completamente attrezzata. Proprio fuori dalla porta è una piscina e spa. Rilassati vicino al pozzo del fuoco e cucini un po 'di smores. E la nostra doccia esterna all'aperto è un ottimo modo per concludere la giornata. I servizi includono 2 TV a schermo piatto, Wi-Fi, di base via cavo, DVR, lavatrice / asciugatrice, trampolino, giocare forte, barbecue grill, un sacco di parcheggio in più, e molto altro ancora. C'è anche un ufficio o di coloro che hanno a che fare un po 'di lavoro (BOO!) 2. 5 miglia dal centro Boerne, a 12 miglia da Six Flags, a 22 miglia da Sea World, a 30 miglia dal fiume a piedi a San Antonio, ea pochi minuti dalle aziende locali. Ho due cani che vagano per la proprietà, entrambe le femmine, entrambe amichevoli, ma una è territoriale, così dispiaciuta - niente animali .. L'albergatore (che sarei io) vive nella sua casa 80 piedi di distanza, così risposta a qualsiasi problema che potrebbe sorgere è molto veloce. Non fumare, per favore.

We really enjoyed staying in this property while we visited family in Boerne. It was very relaxing and the house had everything that you could want. Kitchen was big and well stocked with the basics. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Not that we needed anything since the house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! Thank you again!

We stayed here as a family for a wedding. We used the space for a family dinner outdoors. We had family visit wedding day to change before wedding. It was perfect got out group and we enjoyed every bit of our time. Thank you!!

Was not happy with the idea of two bunks for 4 people. We are all seniors and no one wanted a top bunk. Only had 2 to stay in bunk rooms, so bottom bunk was fine, (full size) bed. This was a golf outing, so we didn't take advantage of pool or hot tub, but they were beautiful. Our host was courteous and very helpful.

Great oasis outside of San Antonio. Surrounded by amenities and downtown Boerne. The guest house comfortable fit all of us with a wonderful open downstairs area and a great arrangement of sleeping quarters upstairs.

When looking at this property for our vacation rental we were impressed with the pictures, but pics have impressed us before and we ended up underwhelmed. So we read the reviews and suspected they were too good to be true but we but the bullet and rented it and were so glad we did. This place is beautiful in every aspect, the pics and reviews don’t lie! I loved looking out and seeing deer among the live oaks on the neighbors property, the pool was clean and crystal clear, the house was spotless. The owners communicated well via email and phone and were very pleasant. They have items stocked in the house in case you forgot something and even some medical supplies of the need should arise. I would gladly give this property a rating exceeding 5 stars if it was possible.

Pool was perfect for young kids and adults. Highly recommend. One of the kids lost a remote and was hey were very gracious about it. Flexible as well when we needed to modify.

This is an amazing property. We took our 3 grandkids and my mother for a family reunion. The grandkids loved the pool, property and dogs. Honestly, we did not leave except to go to the family reunion. Everyone had a great time and would have loved to stay longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The guest Ouse was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and three children. The pool is very nice. The property of in a beautiful location in a very quiete country setting. We loved watching the deer and wildlife and spending time in the beautiful Texas weather! The landlords dogs are especially friendly and our kids enjoyed watching them patrol the property. The landlord is on site and available to help in an instant! Despite them being there we had to a of privacy and enjoyed our stay! We will definitely recommend this to any family needing a nice getaway. Lots to do!

DJ + Robert were so kind + the property was the perfect setting for our girls' weekend retreat. We had the BEST time, feel refreshed + relaxed, + are already making plans for our next trip. Boerne has a small downtown worth visiting. The Rim (shopping in San Antonio) is about 20 minutes away + Fredericksburg about 35 minutes. 10/10 highly recommend.

This was our second time coming back to the property and this time we came with friends! The house fit two families perfectly. Kids love the playground, HUGE trampoline, swimming pool, fire pit for s'mores. Such a fun place for a staycation! Thanks again,

This vacation house was beyond terrific for our family of 10 plus a dog. The home had plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, linens & pillows. There were 2 bathrooms with great showers. Toiletries & plenty of towels were provided. Our family of varying aes had plenty of room to be comfortable. The property also has a beautiful pool with hot tub & waterfalls. Pool toys, lounging chairs, & umbrellas were available. The owner was available by text throughout our stay (even though we didn’t really need anything). We would highly recommend this vacation house to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

We loved this place so much. The people were so nice, checkin was nice and the property was amazing! They thought of everything. We had the best time. It was a great way to spend my sisters 40th bday with friends! Love love loved it!

Perfect for families
This was the perfect for our family! Robert, our, host was so helpful and the property was beautiful. I cherish my quiet morning walks at dawn. And we will treasure all the memories of the kids having so much fun in the pool (and trampoline and playground)!

Wonderful property for big families
I stayed here with my wife and 4 young daughters , ages 3-8. The house and the pool seem to have been made for big families with small kids .
The pool is great, not much else to say about it other than we used it every single day of our trip .
The house is spacious . There’s one bedroom downstairs for mom and dad and the kids have the entire second floor to themselves .
Of note, the stairs are very safe for small kids . Very wide, handrails on both sides, carpeted , and a landing at the halfway point
The owners allowed us a great deal of privacy .
There are an immense amount of wasps. They pretty much leave you alone, but it’s worth mentioning for those more intimidated by them. One of my kids has a stinging insect collection, so it was actually a plus for us. We also found a dead scorpion for her collection , didn’t see any alive. And there were no insects found inside the house at any point.

We stayed the weekend for a quick bachelorette trip! Robert’s place was the perfect space for 6 of us. It was clean and everyone had more than enough space. The location was close to town but also had the countryside feel to it. We saw Robert around the property a few times & he was very amiable!

Perfect getaway
This location is perfect and the home is beautiful. Is what slightly further than we wanted to drive from San Antonio but once we landed we enjoyed our time. Most everything was provided that we didn’t bring. Two families with 5 children total. All boys had a blast with the toys and the play areas. We even saw a snake by the trash and had a small egg hunt out front. We were able to explore nature and just relax. I was given the gate code but everything else was provided and taken care of.
