The Pearl Hoi An

The comfort of the room

The dining room was too large and impersonal

The pool area was fantastic along with the breakfasts. The staff in guest services were very helpful especially Joy who helped us move rooms during our stay as the 1st room was not suitable. A variety of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

The pillows were way too soft, they needed a soft plus a more firm selection instead of two soft ones.

⭐ Overall Experience We had a very good and enjoyable stay at the resort. The people were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special mention to the receptionist, who was exceptionally helpful and patiently assisted us with all our queries throughout our stay. The ocean-view rooms were definitely a highlight and added to the overall experience. The resort itself is very large, with plenty to explore, although it was almost too big to cover everything during our stay! The spa experience was also wonderful and truly memorable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to visit again and explore more of what the resort has to offer.

Nothing much

The pool area

The beach outside was full of rubbish-other resorts along the beach had cleared the rubbish but it was really awful outside the pearl and not a place you would want to sit. The buildings except for one are run down and covered in rust. We had an ocean view which was lovely but unfortunately looked over a derelict old shopping area that the pearl had closed off. The breakfast restaurant was like a school cafeteria with no ambiance just a large hall feeling. Front desk weren’t particularly friendly.
