This hotel is gorgeous. Close to the beach and really nice spec of rooms and communal areas. The pool is good to swim in and the breakfast is cooked to order. It was my birthday when I was there and the very sweet family that run the place, bought me a cake with candles. It’s a 5* service in this hotel for very affordable price. I will definitely come back to this place. Thank you 😊

All the great reviews are true! Thuy and Ha are beautiful people and lovely hosts. The location is brilliant, literally 2 minutes walk to the spectacular beach. The pool is also great for regular dips. Room was big and bed massive and very comfortable. We were lucky enough to have a really nice balcony too! Plenty of excellent options for food and drink within minutes walking and 10 minute cab to Hoi An.

Everything. It was a truly amazing experience. The 2 sisters who run the hotel are such kind, hospitable hosts. They have thought of everything to make it a fantastic stay. They even sorted out getting some beautiful clothes made and a trip. Nothing is ever too much effort. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach so an ideal location. We ended up extending our stay by a night and so did others we met. We really couldn’t fault them for anything. Even the breakfasts were delicious.

Rooms and beds and baths very new and comfortable. Ladies in charge are so kind, nice and helpful. Small villa feels more like my family has a place at the beach. Very lucky for ms.

Excellent location just a very short 100 metres to the beach and great restaurants even closer, breakfast was great and varied, the hotel is very clean with a really nice refreshing pool. The staff at the hotel are evcellent, they are really friendy and always offer some great advice on local attractions, nothing is too diffilcult for them. We will definatley stay there again!

Close by to the beach & restaurants & ancient town, but still far enough away from the main bustle of the area to feel exclusive. Big rooms, lovely beds and thoughtful touches too. Great staff, nothing too much trouble. Felt luxurious and nice to have the little pool to sit by or to take a dip when getting home from trips.

The hotel is really close to the beach with some rooms having a beach view. The rooms are modern with a great ambiance. The amenities are what you would expect in any upmarket hotel. The pool is inviting and clean. The cocktails are close to the best we have had (and we have had many in out time). But the best thing about this hotel is the people. They make you feel so welcome and will do anything for you to make your stay amazing.

A wonderful small boutique hotel. We loved the position- so close to the beach and near by bars and restaurants. Close enough to go into Hoi An to do the touristy things-10 minute taxi- but away from the crowds and bustle. The friendly staff were amazing- they could not do enough for us. A lovely place to stay for a couple of days.

Lovely small hotel close to the beach and some excellent restaurants. The room was spacious, spotless and had a gorgeous private terrace to relax on, and the pool was a great space too. Breakfast was varied and delicious each day however the best thing about staying here was the kind support from the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to help me as I was travelling with an injury.

This accommodation is perfect in every single way. The location is beautiful. A trip to the ancient town is very quick, but by being just outside of the hustle and bustle, it's a wonderful, quiet relaxing experience. The accomodation is beautifully clean, modern and well looked after. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and were willing to assist with anything we needed (like some laundry and airport transfers). The breakfast is delicious, and the beds are HUGE and very comfortable! I came here on recommendation from a friend and can guarantee I will be forwarding that recommendation to anyone thinking about staying in this location. It is absolutely superb.

I loved the hotel, the staff, the breakfast, and the quick walk to the beach. It was very easy and convenient. I also was very grateful that they had an in house seamstress that did amazing work efficiently.

Loved everything - the pool, the staff (especially Tanya, the interior design, location, proximity to the beach, great size room, comfortable and large bed. It was just such a lovely relaxing place to be.

- Tanya was a exceptional host, very passionate about her hotel and ensuring you have the best stay. - Breakfast was super, a good selection of fresh items that are pre-ordered the evening before. The best pineapple juice we've ever had. Options range from beef Pho right through to Avocado on Toast. - The room was huge, well thought out and as ascetically pleasing. - The pool was very clean and the area was beautiful and relaxing and "cute" at night - Laundry was affordable and quick turnaround. - The beach is a minutes walk away and surprisingly nice and clean. - Good number of affordable bars and restaurants (we went to Mr Hoà's Kitchen and The Tamarinde Tree, Baby Mustard) - Free cycle hire to explore the picturesque rice paddies, local area. Or to cycle to Hoi An old town, busy road but there are cycle lanes surprisingly. - Can get a grab from the end of the road in to Hoi An old town for about 75k VND (10 minute journey), we would recommend staying in An Bang beach and then travelling to Hoi An during the day or evening.

- The hotel is small and therefore the pool is, if the hotel if fully booked and everyone decides to have a pool day at once then could get crowded but we had the pool area to ourselves - It would be nice if we were given a couple of bar and restaurant recommendations on arrival as there are some gems in the immediate area that can be missed if you aren't aware. - Bikes could do with some maintenance, oil, tyres, new bell etc - but this seems to be a theme in Vietnam :)

Thuy went above and beyond during our stay. We were originally meant to stay longer but my husband got sick so we had to change things around a bit. The rooms were beautiful and exceeded my expecations. The build your own breakfast menu was great and the food cooked by Thuy's mum was delicious. Thuy also brought my husband ginger and honey tea which was very kind. I could have easily stayed here for longer... It's only ~10 mins taxi from ancient town if you ever want to head back into town.

We stayed here as a small family and really enjoyed our short stay here. We would have loved to have stayed longer!! Great breakfast and pool outside and a short walk from An Bang beach. Thanks, Thuy!

Everything about this little gem is great. The special feature is the two sisters who are the leading staff. We stayed for ten days and by the time we left we felt like family. For anyone going to Hoi An, I would recommend staying at An Bang beach at this hotel. A taxi to the old town Hoi An is less than 3 dollars and this is a really great base.

The location is great, close to the beach, separated from the busy streets therfore it is quiet. Hospitality was amazing, our hosts Wendy and Tanya were always helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent, there was plenty what to choose from.

Lovely hosts with Tanya and Wendy, with a great breakfast. They both helped us anytime. The watermark beachside is located in nice neighborhood close to beach and 10min away from Hoi An.

Our stay at the Watermark Beachside Hotel was amazing. The staff is very kind and want to make our stay as enjoyable as it can be. The hotel has a very nice furniture, which was made in Vietnam. Going to the beach took us only 2 minutes walk. Around the hotel we could find some cute restaurants and mini markets, so that we didn't have to drive to the city if we needed something. The breakfast was perfect for us: instead of a buffet, we could chose what to eat and the food was served freshly. Everything was very delicious! This is how we understand a relaxing holiday - a quiet place, nice atmosphere and very nice people :) Thank you Tanya for everything! :)

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at the Watermark. Is was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was great, really close to the beach and an easy 10 minute (or less) drive to old town. There are a variety of cafes, restaurants, shops and massage spas nearby. Tania, our host, went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. She ensured we were happy and comfortable at all times and really made our stay extra enjoyable. Thank you Tania! We will be back!

Amazing staff and service, nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast (western and local ), fabulous coffee and tea! Brilliant location for summer and a nice quieter spot for low season. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, really enjoyed it. The experience was also enhanced by an in house cooking class with the family, money can’t buy experience.

As a few people have commented just some tiny things - hot water temperature was inconsistent, wardrobes need a little bit of thinking about but hey when you get such amazing service and are made so welcome it’s nothing.

We were instantly charmed the moment we arrived to the hotel. We came just after Christmas and the lights and tree were so beautiful. Tanya- the hotel manager, is an angel and helped us with everything we needed, answering our questions, booking cars, renting a motorbike for the day, making a list of where to eat in the center, etc. By the end of our stay she became our friend and I was so sad to have to say goodbye!! The breakfasts every morning were delightful, large portions and lots of variety. The coffee with sweet milk was so delicious I had to buy a few bags to take home with us. 10/10 recommend.

Firstly you probably will not get a sea view, but you are very close to the beach, just a short walk. Very quiet at night. The hotel is pretty new, very clean. The bed was absolutely massive and so comfortable. The star of course was the wonderful Tania, she was so lovely, helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a la carte you order the night before and made fresh, very high quality. The Phuong’s beach restaurant 5 minutes down the lane was fabulous for dinner. At the other end of the lane are variety stores and many massage/spa places if you like. All in all, we loved every moment here and would be thrilled to return some day.
