Godetevi il meraviglioso portico anteriore e il cortile laterale recintato e ombreggiato che è condiviso con l'altro appartamento. Il cortile laterale è disponibile solo per i cani che possono andare d'accordo con gli altri. :-) Central Avenue ha meno traffico perché non è una strada secondaria. * Addebitiamo una tassa per cani di $ 150.

Lots of places to stay in ocean city, this was one of our favorites. The location of the property is right next to many local shops and restaurants. Makes for really nice walking. For a one bedroom, the property offers a ton of space. Nice porch, kitchen area and utility room for laundry a plus! Parking space is also conveniently located behind property.

The owners made the check in easy, the place friendly and inviting for our family and our small dog and we never had an issue getting questions answered or even getting a recommendation or two. It’s a great spot. It’s not fancy, it’s everything you need .

My husband, my dog and I all enjoyed our week in Ocean City, NJ. especially because of the shore house we chose. This is our second year staying at Olga's home. It is so convenient with a side yard where we keep our bikes, and a large porch where we enjoyed some of our meals. Central Avenue is a quiet street where we enjoyed taking walks in the morning and evenings. We plan on going again next summer.

Romantic week at OCNJ
Olg's place was just what we were looking for: clean, 1 bedroom, with kitchen for a reasonable price. Her place met all of our needs. Great, quiet, location. Quick to respond; we arrived early and she let us in two hours early. Great with communicating.

The hosts - Olga and Don - were a pleasure to work with....very understanding and cooperative. The apartment is central to downtown, the boardwalk, and beach. Basic but clean...would gladly go back again :)

Great Place
Loved the convenience and location. Very clean house with all the amenities we needed. Front porch was great to relax after a day of beaching or shopping. Would return for sure!

Pleasantly Surprised
My husband and I enjoyed staying here at Olga's house on Central Avenue. Everything was just as described, so the surprise was that for a 1 bedroom / 1 bath, it was very spacious. If either one of us wanted to stay up and watch TV, the living room is separated from the bedroom by a fairly long hallway which provided a good sound buffer. We loved the front porch and sat out there frequently. With the windows open and use of the ceiling fans, we had lovely breezes throughout the house. We never felt a need for the air conditioning. We didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing and peaceful.

This is a basic beach house that had many good points. I was happy that the owner allowed dogs, the house was in a great location and I could walk everywhere, there was an internet connection that worked, and a full kitchen so I could prepare my breakfast every morning. I loved that there was off street parking so I did not have to worry about parking my car and it made it easier to unload the car. I also liked that there was a nice front porch to sit out and enjoy the cool breezes at night or during the day. I would definitely like to return to this place.

This is a basic beach house that had many good points. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The extra personal touches such as plenty of linens, ice already made in the freezer, etc. just enhanced the experience. One night I was surprised by a fireworks show which I was able to watch from the porch. Although you would never know that dogs have stayed here before due to the freshness of the home, both the apartment and neighborhood are extremely dog friendly. A responsible dog owner and their dog could not be happier.
It was almost like staying in the home of a friend. I have already scheduled another stay in September.

We enjoyed our stay here in Ocean City. Rental was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Close enough to the beach to walk, for adults, if not carrying too much and going light. Metered parking was easy enough to find when we did drive. Communication with property owner/manager was excellent.

The house was under construction and we were NOT INFORMED. There were construction folks cutting siding on the front and back yards, and scaffolding on the side of our bedroom window. The porch was had large open holes in fencing that our dog and 6-year old son could fall through - we had to barricade them with furniture. Construction began at 8am and continued through the afternoon. There was equipment on the back, side and front yard, rendering all this unusable. The owner DID NOT TELL US. We found out for ourselves when we arrived. This was the worst vacation ever.
