Il nostro condominio sulla spiaggia accogliente con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno si trova nel cuore di Mission Beach. Questo condominio sulla spiaggia è la terza casa dalla spiaggia che lo rende a pochi passi dall'oceano. La nostra unità viene fornita completa di tutto il necessario per il tuo soggiorno! Il condominio è stato appena rinnovato nel 2019. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size nel garage. Ci sono boogie board, sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni e giochi di sabbia nel garage per il vostro uso. Abbiamo un favoloso patio perfetto per il tuo caffè mattutino e abbastanza grande per intrattenere. C'è una TV via cavo, internet wireless ad alta velocità per coloro che non possono lasciare l'ufficio alle spalle, ventilatori a soffitto in tutto e un posto auto coperto in tandem abbastanza grande per due SUV standard.
Master camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli nella seconda camera da letto. C'è un divano letto full size nel soggiorno che può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 persone.
A pochi passi si trovano numerosi ristoranti, bar, negozi di alimentari e negozi sulla spiaggia. Il quartiere Gaslamp, la Città Vecchia di San Diego e La Jolla sono solo a breve distanza in auto. Se lo shopping è la tua passione, non dimenticare di visitare tutti i negozi di Garnet Avenue o fare un giro in Fashion Valley.

From the start, the property owner communicated well and provided us with detail instructions on how to checkin, amenities offered, and great suggestions for places to eat and local activities. The location is prime! You can hear the waves from the patio and even see the sunset. The only small negative is if there are guests in the upper unit you hear every footstep and chair move.

We had a great overall experience from the time we booked until when we checked out. Angela was very quick to respond to texts and very helpful with check-in process.
The home was very well furnished for all of our needs from the bedrooms to the kitchen.
The home is steps from the beach and very easy to access.
We will definitely look to stay here again.

Great stay. Easy access to property and all surrounding activities. Property was as described. Perfect for our family of small children. Quick walk to beach! Nice having laundry to use. No issues at all. Would stay again for sure.

The only reason I gave the check in process like 3 stars because getting our keys was difficult and not there when we arrived and the code wasn't correct. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would go back again. You can't ask for a better location to the beach.

We have had kids in college in San Diego for the past 6 years and visit often. We always stay at the beach and Angela’s place is the best place we’ve rented in our price range. Patio was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs were in great shape. Very clean with new flooring throughout. And, location could not have been better. I would say the place is bigger than it appears in photos. We had family over for drinks on the patio and there was plenty of space inside and out. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights in the lower unit. It was as expected for the price we paid. Well stocked with dishes and beach toys and basic seasoning and kitchen needs. You can hear the people upstairs but it didn’t bother us. Parking is tight, we have a Honda pilot and had to pull close to the wall and get out on one side. (Probably tough for elderly or larger people). The location is what really makes the place. A couple of steps to the beach and a couple of minutes walk to Belmont Park. Angela was very responsive with any questions.

Excellent location and attentive property management. Worked with us to ensure that checkout could occur over the holidays and checked in with us to ensure that everything was in order after check-in. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place for us to stay for our time in San Diego. Close to the beach & numerous activities & restaurants within walking distance. 4 stars for cleanliness due to hair in some of the drawers & some gunk in the kitchen sink, but nothing we couldn’t deal with & didn’t affect our stay. Would recommend & would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time relaxing on the patio, walking along the beach, and enjoying all that Mission Beach has to offer. Angela was wonderful to work with and we truly appreciate how responsive and thorough she is. We stayed in the downstairs unit. It was comfortable, very clean, and was just what our family needed to relax and unwind from a busy few months. What a perfect location!

Great location! Just 1 block from the beach and short walk to Belmont and restaurants. Central location in SD. Everything was only 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic. Description of property is spot on.

Our family spent Christmas as Angela’s place. It’s perfect! The location is literally steps away from the beach! The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and everything in the cottage was well organized, very clean and maintained.. It has updated flooring, countertops, cabinets and decor showing pride of ownership. The patio is lovely for evening dinner to watch the sunset over the ocean. There plenty of beach toys, too! Communication with Angela was easy and prompt. I give this cottage 5 stars!

We booked this trip to get out of the cold of the Midwest and it did not disappoint! The location was perfect, close to the beach (and had all the things we would need at the beach), it's also close to Belmont Park and many great restaurants. We loved that there was a parking spot, we rented a car and were able to explore the area. The house had all the things we needed for our stay. We definitely would stay here again.

My family of 4 had a nice stay. Once you open the windows and get the ceiling fans going it became the perfect temperature. There were lots of extra fans as needed too. Bright white fluffy bath towels and clean throughout. To no fault of the owner, there were a ton of flies on the patio making eating outside challenging. The kitchen is fully stocked with dish ware and pots and pans. The main bedroom tv didn’t work but the owner was aware and told us upon our arrival and it was quickly remedied. We so appreciated the ample beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and umbrellas that were available. Being only 2 houses from the beach made for easy walking back and forth when things were needed or forgotten. Also, quick walking access to Belmont park and the shops was a plus. Fair warning, if your vehicle is wider than a Honda Pilot, you’ll need to find other parking. With that said, having parking at your place is a plus; we just squeezed in. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay and that we were only a few short steps to the beach! We could easily walk to restaurants and nearby attractions and most of all - to the beach each day! Everything was beautifully decorated and we also loved being able to sit outside on the front patio and watch the sunset. We look forward to visiting again!

The house also has a great little outdoor sitting area, which was perfect for morning coffee. My family and I enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to plan another (much longer) one! If you want a nice clean space 60 steps from the Boardwalk, this place is for you! The host has thought of everything to make your stay complete. Kitchen and bathroom are stocked with essentials. 3 portable fans helped drown out the sound from the kids footsteps in the unit above. Parking was very tight but directions told us how to navigate and it worked out fine. Washer and dryer in the garage was welcomed. Beach chairs, umbrella and water boards were available. It is a quick 5 minute walk to Belmont Park. No negatives to report😀

Great Location
My daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at this beach property 2 houses away from the beach and boardwalk. We felt safe and enjoyed the many activities that were available to us nearby.

Great location! Easy to get to and minutes from grocery stores and additional shopping. You can walk to most places or rent bikes to get around. We even rode bikes to Sea World it took about 15 minutes to be in the park. Steps to the beach with plenty of chairs and toys for beach activities.

The location of this property is awesome. Just a short walk to a lot of activities and a short drive to most of the big attractions in San Diego. The house was super clean, and host had great communication throughout the stay. The parking spot was tight, but it was definitely doable with an suv. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic, steps from the beach, and the condo is lovely, but we were disappointed by a few things. First, we expected that especially during COVID, that the place would be exceptionally clean, but the toilet was dirty, there were dishes in the dishwasher, and the sheets were stained.
The other disappointment was that the garage was show in the photos, but it was not included for parking. We had to park in a tandem spot where we had to move the trash cans every time we parked.
Before check in we received a message in all capital letters from the host about noise, and being quiet, however the guests upstairs were loud and making noise from 6 am and throughout the day. The people were polite but the noise was disruptive.
Would look look for another place to stay next time.
