Questa casa costruita nel 2004 si trova su un lato della collina con un ponte avvolgente. L'ampia cucina con ripiani in granito è fatto per intrattenere. Mangiare nella grande sala da pranzo o sul ponte posteriore. 4 camere da letto (3-queens, 1-doppio), 2 bagni completi + 1/2 bagno, lavatrice / asciugatrice al 2 ° piano. Camera da letto principale con tv e area lounge. Grande tv montata su camino a gas con comodi posti a sedere in salotto. Nuovi pavimenti in legno al 1 ° piano, scale e camera da letto principale. Vicino ai servizi di Narragansett, Newport, URI campus e Wickford Village. The host was wonderful and so quick to accommodate us when the stove wasn’t working properly. He showed up within 15 minutes of initial contact and provided us with what we needed to still have a wonderful weekend.

The house was clean, comfortable, and convenient to Newport, Jamestown, and Narragansett. We enjoyed the fenced backyard, kayaks, and fire table. Would definitely book in the future.

This house was wonderful! All was as advertised, the beds were clean and comfortable, The basic supplies were there such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, basic spices, cleaning supplies. We replenished what we used as asked.The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking and baking supplies. The back patio was perfect! We ate breakfast there every day. We were close to everything! There was a Keureg, French press, and pour over supplies. I did wish for a drip coffee maker though for a group. That was the only thing I would change! The owners communication was perfect. They let us know something that would affect us the day before and that was nice. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Very responsive owners who came out to give us another AC unit in the heat. Great yard for kids. Large master bed and bath. Private neighborhood beach to walk to. Fairly close to public beaches.
Cons: Some maintenance issues while we stayed, like cleanliness of kitchen, doors needing a wipe down, dryer taking hours to dry, holes in window screens, and other little items. A number of small things that were annoying for a vacation, given the price. Owners addressed what they could quickly and were very nice, but still, it is vacation.
