Questo condominio 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza al mare piena di divertimento e relax! Luminoso e spazioso, l'appartamento a due piani è a pochi passi dall'oceano ea pochi passi dalla piscina e dai campi da tennis. Godetevi balconi su entrambi i lati dell'unità - una vista parziale verso la spiaggia e una vista sulla piscina più un patio inferiore. La cucina è ben fornita ed etichettata con tutti i piatti e gli elementi di cottura necessari per il vostro soggiorno. La zona giorno è spaziosa con molti posti a sedere e TV a grande schermo. Staying in Montego Bay this week from Cincinnati, Ohio, and the unit has been so awesome – very well stocked with everything that we could possibly need for our family of six! Thank you so much for having us, we will definitely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful time visiting Saint Augustine. Our stay at the property was great. Our two story lodging was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was outfitted for everything you would need for the day at the beach, which is only a five minute walk. The kitchen is very well stocked. The master bedroom faces the swimming pool, which can get noisy if there are a lot of people there, but it did not affect us since we spent very little time during the day in there. Balcony/Patio a bit small and furniture on balcony needs updating but didn’t spend much time out there so did not affect our vacation. We were about 15 minutes from old town of St. Augustine which was wonderful. As a part of our rental, we received one free ticket each day to a handful of different activities, which totaled over 300. I’m sure I would rent this property again. They were great and very fast in their communications with us.

The neighborhood that the villa is in was quite run down and needs updating badly. The villas themselves are nice. We were told there had been roof work but that it should be wrapped up and not an issue for us. When we arrived there was a giant dumpster in the drive way, so we were not able to park there and active work on the roof went on almost the entire time we were there. Wasn’t exactly peaceful. Also water spots on the ceiling inside in the living room which was an eyesore. Mildew spots on the grout in the showers. Just a lack of attention to a few things. Overall it was ok.
