Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Their clothes left in the unit, spare change in a dish in the den, pizza left in the microwave, and wet dish towels left in the washing machine. When we complained we were told we had to realize it was near the end of the season, we were dealing with wear and tear of turnover. We were there the second week of July, I don’t consider that the end of the season. We weren’t given a break on housekeeping which would have been nice if the unit is not cleaned as well later in the season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit for a large family. The bedding options offer plenty of room. The location of the unit from the pool is perfect, just a few steps away. There are a few things in the unit that needed attention, but I’m sure after the office was notified, they will be handled. We have been staying in Colony Reef for years and are always happy there.

We weren’t aware of the pool being closed upon arrival but the management gave us a discount because of that. We also broke the glass covering the table by accident and the management was very understanding. The location is great .. the condo was comfortable and the pool area is gorgeous… I would stay again!
