Location was perfect. Privacy provided by lush foliage behind us. It was great to sit out on the deck and listen to the ocean. When we wanted to go to the beach, it was a 2 minute walk to access. The property management company was very responsive to any questions I had. Loved the proximity of the property to historic downtown. Will gladly stay here again.

For the price it was good for 5 adults. Needs a little updating.

Spacious and extremely well lit. Loved the big deck and porch. Comfy couches and comfy beds. Could have used more kitchen supplies-pot holders, baking dishes, more silverware, garbage bags, etc.

The house is adequate but a little dated. The lighting situation is kind of bizarre. You either have the brightest lights in the house blaring or you have one light on. For instance, the recessed filters in the living room had 12 lights I think and it was either all were on or all were off. A dimmer switch would’ve been nice and easy to have. But the biggest issue was the air conditioner was not working. It was 85 in the house when I arrived and it was obvious the air conditioner had not working for a while. I called Vrbo and was assured that they had informed the property manager and the property manager was going to bring over temporary air conditioners until the part that they had ordered would be in. It seemed as if they knew the air conditioner wasn’t working and they were waiting on a part for quite a while, but that may be What I gathered through the conversations that I had with customer service. I demanded a refund because the air conditioner didn’t get fixed until the second to last evening of our visit. Then the air conditioner worked fine but it took 4 to 5 phone calls to complain and I did ask for a refund which I’m still gonna follow up on. I don’t need a total refund but compensation for a couple of days of sleeping in 85 heat in Florida would be nice. Location is awesome! House itself is dark upon arrival and tucked in the corner, but it is located across the dunes from the beach, which made an easy walk to the beach and the beach was lovely.
