Huge Ocean View with Semi-Private Beach Access
Questa unica casa a pianta aperta offre meravigliose viste sull'oceano da tutte le camere ad eccezione della lavanderia, del bagno principale e del mezzo bagno. La casa è stata costruita nel 2004, è di 2000 piedi quadrati, ha 2 caminetti e una vasca idromassaggio. La storia superiore ha sette grandi finestre panoramiche che si affacciano sull'oceano Pacifico. Le balene sono spesso viste così come barche da pesca e parapendio che si lanciano dal Capo. I cervi sono spesso visti attraversare la duna tra la casa e l'oceano, insieme a una grande varietà di uccelli. L'escursione / passeggiata sui sentieri semi-privati per la spiaggia o Cape è di meno di dieci minuti, ma richiede escursioni su e giù per alcune dune.
Uno dei maggiori vantaggi della casa è che avrai una vista libera sull'oceano mentre il sole tramonta. Sì, il sole estivo, primaverile e autunnale affonda direttamente nell'oceano fuori dalle finestre.

The house is fantastic. Very clean and nicely furnished. All three bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The view from the top deck is beautiful. We even had an eagle perch in the tree during one sunset. Be aware there are a number of stairs that could be challenging for those with mobility issues. I can’t say enough good things about Brian and his communication during booking and the check in process. A truly exceptional experience.

This house is beautiful inside and has an amazing view and great deck for outside time. Highly recommend it!

The house is even better than the pictures! Nice view of the ocean and trees behind the house. Nice deck to sit out and watch the ocean and sunsets. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is very well supplied. The beds are comfortable. Showers are great . . . Lots of water pressure. Great tub with a view . . . Unfortunately, we were not able to use the tub because the drain stopper was broken. Brian said he would have it fixed. There were many board games to play. Plenty of towels and blankets. And, there are restaurants nearby. The only disappointment was that the trail to the beach behind the house was not an easy hike. I hiked half way and turned back. We opted to drive to a local beach. But, other than that the house is amazing.
