Blissful Beach House is a spacious five-bedroom coastal retreat located right in the heart of Pacific City's beachside village—just steps from the sand and all the action around Cape Kiwanda. With an unbeatable location and plenty of room for everyone, this home is an ideal gathering place for large families or groups looking to experience the very best of the Oregon Coast.
From the front door, you're just a short stroll to some of Pacific City's favorite local spots, including Pelican Brewing Company, Doryland Pizza, and Moment Surf Company. Grab a morning latte from Stimulus Coffee + Bakery, watch the famous dory boats launch from the beach, or pick up tacos after a long day in the surf—everything you need is just a few steps away.
Inside, the home is open, airy, and thoughtfully designed for gathering together. The spacious living areas provide plenty of room to relax, share meals, and recount the day's adventures. The well-stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare family dinners, beach picnics, or late-night snacks, while the comfortable living room invites everyone to settle in and unwind.
Upstairs, the primary suite offers a relaxing escape of its own, complete with a large soaking tub where you can unwind while taking in views of Haystack Rock and the dunes of Cape Kiwanda. From the dining room table, you can even spot the nearby pub and watch the lively rhythm of the beachside neighborhood.
If your perfect vacation includes surfing, beachcombing, hiking the dunes, tidepooling, shopping, or simply enjoying great food and drinks by the ocean, Blissful Beach House puts you right in the center of it all. Ground level is retail space: As of February 2026, occupant is popular PC Pour. 2nd level entry has living room, dining area, kitchen, separate dining space, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with 2 sets of twin/twin bunks and a full hall bath, and an additional 1/2 bath. 3rd level has twin daybed on landing area, bedroom with queen bed, and master bedroom with king bed, twin daybed & twin trundle bed and full bathroom with jacuzzi.
Parking: Maximum 4 Cars
Pets: Dogs Welcome!

This home is the heart of the action at Cape Kiwanda. It is on the main road through Pacific City next door to the surf shop, and across the street from the pizza place. The beach is less than a block away and you can see the pub from the kitchen table!

Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The house worked out great for us - we had a big group of family (kids & adults) and it was spacious enough for us all. We had a couple issues with the house (electrical and leaking sink) that were fixed quickly. The communication with the office was great, Rachelle was super kind and helpful. Great location close to the beach and town.

Great, spacious house in a really cool location. Pizza place and cute market right across the street, taco stand next door and Pelican Brewing right around the corner. Short walk to the beach which was beautiful- neat climb up to the cape for amazing views. We were sad the wine bar downstairs was closed seasonally; looks cute. Great stay!

The house was surface clean. The windows were stuck closed due to dirt and grime. There wasn't a shortage of anything that we needed - that we didn't bring. A couple of beds are well worn and collapsing in the middle. The location is great. There is a dog at the surf shop next door that pees on car wheels and the steps up to the front door. Signs asking you to respect the business downstairs. No signs there wishing the same for the patrons upstairs. You get to listen to a blender running fairly often during open hours. The views were great and again the location is awesome. Due to the price and cleanliness we would look for other places and not return here.
