Questa casa ristrutturata di recente con 3 camere da letto e 5 bagni è perfetta sia per piccoli che per grandi gruppi e può ospitare comodamente 14 persone. Solo un isolato dalla spiaggia, è possibile ascoltare l'oceano mentre ci si rilassa sul grande ponte.
Il livello principale include un open space perfetto per intrattenere. Al piano superiore sono tre camere da letto, tra cui una camera matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. Le camere da letto 2 e 3 hanno entrambe letti queen size. Inoltre, c'è una grande sala bonus con quattro letti singoli (perfetta anche per una sala giochi per bambini).
House è stata recentemente ristrutturata con tutti i nuovissimi mobili, materassi, lenzuola e utensili da cucina. Il garage per tre auto comprende un tavolo da ping pong e biliardino. Il grande ponte è completo di mobili da giardino e grill.

Ha un ottimo accesso alla spiaggia a un lungo tratto di bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa che termina al famoso Pelican Pub di Cape Kiwanda a pochi passi! Pacific City è una splendida cittadina balneare che è il luogo perfetto per il surf, la pesca, la pesca, le escursioni e il paradiso degli amanti della spiaggia.

This home is such a fantastic find! It offers premier access to the beach, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to cook together. The bunk room was also incredibly spacious, giving the kids a great place to hang out as well as sleep.There are multiple spaces for people to either retreat for some quiet time or gather together. We loved the game room in the garage, the dining area, the traditional living room, and the extra room off the kitchen where we set up puzzles.The hosts were incredibly generous with towels, linens, and even lawn chairs and coolers for us to use. Plus, there was plenty of laundry soap to keep everything fresh.One quick tip for larger groups: the two bedrooms and the bunk room share one bathroom, so you may need a strategy for sharing unless you utilize the master bath.Everywhere you look, this home is roomy and well-thought-out. It truly is a special place—we will definitely be coming back and recommending it to others!

Our family of 11 loved our time at this house. It is close to the beach and easy for littles to walk there. The kids also loved the additional sand box in the back yard. A few things would elevate the experience. While the counters are clean in the kitchen, the drawers had a fair amount of crumbs and such. It was challenging to navigate around the kitchen as things are somewhat hodgepodge in their placement. Labels on drawers and cupboards would be helpful. Kimberly was very easy to contact and communicate with. Overall our family had a great time.

We appreciated the proximity to the ocean. Even in the rain, it’s a beautiful sight. The beds were very comfortable and the open floor plan was perfect.

The lovely home was equipped with activities for all ages. We had teens, young adults, and kids under 6 and everyone was entertained. Spacious, comfortable sleeping quarters and walking distance to the beach. The hosts were receptive and answered questions quickly. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, we wished we had a longer stay.
