Turn-of-the-century cottage on beautiful sandy beach in Malletts Bay
Cottage per eccellenza di un'altra epoca. L'interno di assicelle di legno rustico esiste quasi come quando era stato costruito come una cabina estiva 110 anni fa.
Il campo "Bayside" ha:
- 2 camere da letto al piano superiore (una grande stanza separata da una partizione)
- Grande spiaggia privata di sabbia con un grado molto delicato in acqua
- Un incredibile sotto il portico per godersi il caffè del mattino e tramonti serali
- Uso gratuito di una barca da pesca / a remi in alluminio
- Canali TV di base
- Ormeggio disponibile per la tua piccola barca
- Barbecue a gas, griglia a carbone e fornelli a gas
- Pozzo del fuoco per chiudere le tue giornate con s'mores sul fuoco

Beautiful location on the bay. Loved eating on the screened in porch watching the sunset. Easy access to wonderful drives along the lake. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very special family camp with history that was so interesting to learn about.

Great old family camp that was very relaxing with a fantastic location and great access to the bike path and Lake Champlain. The host was wonderful, kind, and very responsive! 100% recommend!

Wonderful quaint old cottage on the lake. Perfect amount of room for my husband and I. Beautiful view from the back screened in deck. Owner provided kayaks, paddle board and rowboat for our use. Enjoyed bonfires on the beach. Had extreme weather changes during our visit.. some hot 80 degree days mixed with rainy cool days with temperatures in the 50’s at night. Fans kept us cool in the heat and owner provided electric heater for cooler days. A short drive to Burlington, where you can walk Church Street and find great restaurants and shops. The Ben and Jerry factory and Shelburne museum were fun activities on our rainy days. Would definitely stay here again. Hopefully better weather with more time to enjoy the lake.

Our family of four loved this cottage!! The location was perfect - right on lake Champlain and a short drive to Burlington. The best of both worlds.
The house is well stocked with kitchen stuff and lots of outside things - fire pit, beach chairs, paddle boards a rowboat etc. We had beautiful sunsets over the lake and fires at night.
The owner is the most responsive host we've ever had, really good about answering questions and he lives in the town and came by when we needed more life jackets.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the two bedrooms are separated by a partial wall, instead of being two completely separate rooms. It would be no problem for a family, just might not work for two couples.
Definitely recommend!
