Questa residenza di livello esecutivo arredata con gusto, dispone di granito-top, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, arredi personalizzati e pavimenti in piastrelle bella 20 pollici in tutto (in legno nelle camere da letto). C'è un letto matrimoniale nella master suite con cabina armadio e un bel bagno che dispone di due lavabi personalizzati, la vanità di marmo e una doccia blocco di vetro cabina. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli con un kit di conversione king per rendere un letto king size aggiuntivo, se necessario. Assaporare i pasti nella cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort di casa che si desidera. Godetevi tv via cavo in soggiorno e due camere da letto. Rimanere in contatto con connessione Wi-Fi, e una lavatrice e asciugatrice si trova all'interno dell'unità, per la vostra convenienza. L'ingresso ascensore è protetto da codice e ha due posti auto assegnati, uno situato sotto l'edificio e l'altro all'esterno dell'edificio. Venite a gustare la nostra Geothermal Pool e beachfront vasca idromassaggio. Potrete rilassarvi e farsi coccolare in una casa di vacanza privata che offre tutti i comfort che si può desiderare.

We returned to this lovely property and stayed two weeks this time. One week will never be enough again. We love everything about the property. The agent was very responsive when a couple of issues came up. Can't wait to go back!

Loved the condo and how clean it was upon check in. Pool and beach were beautiful. Enjoyed watching the sun set each night.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

To set the table: We have stayed at Pier House for 2 weeks over the last 5 years-- 3 of them in Unit 303. Great complex and location.
Last year the there was a problem with the "remote" fan/light in the master bedroom that didn't get resolved. This last stay it still was not resolved, and unusable. Minor thing for a clean well furnished and desirable location for the money.
This last stay was unfortunate as we got a text that the "icemaker was broken and waiting on parts but unavailable due to Covid. There's a bag of ice in it for you." Actually, the freezer was broken. We had to mop up water everyday, or do without ice or frozen stuff. During the 2 week stay no remedy was made. Like there's no refrigerators to be bought due to Covid?
When asked to renew the contract for next year, I was informed it would be $200 more with no discount for the lack of advertised "amenities" like a freezer.
We decided to move on, with the increase in price, and no concern for a lack of meeting obligations for the higher end of condo rentals.
After a couple of month thinking about the stay, I decided a cooled off evaluation should still be made. I regret not being interested in returning to a fine location as IRB. I just don't feel the cost of the condo is commiserate with the product. Too bad making it right wasn't offered.
