Waterfront With It’s Own Private Sandy Beach
Circondata da migliaia di acri di spazio aperto su una collinetta sopra la propria spiaggia sabbiosa, la casa ha una vista attraverso le acque limpide e tranquille di Wincheck. Ottima nuotata fuori dalla graduale pendenza della spiaggia. Goditi kayak, canoa e canottaggio con le imbarcazioni fornite. L'escursionismo è bellissimo con Ell Pond, l'unica posizione nel RI ad essere sul registro nazionale dei luoghi naturali 1/2 miglio dalla casa. Non lontano dalle spiagge di Westerly o Charlestown, Mystic o storico Providence e Newport, ma non vorrai lasciare la proprietà.

My second time going there with some friends. Really just a beautiful setting. The private beach is amazing as well as all of the kayaks and paddle boards. A great place to unwind and relax. Definitely plan on bringing my kids for a stay here as it is a great place for families.

We had a relaxing long weekend at the lake house. Well appointed house with great lake access. Enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and fire pit on the beach. The property was also very close to several nice hiking trails. Quiet nights and starry sky. Serenity.

My family (3 adults, 2 young children) spent five wonderful spring days here. In the mornings, we enjoyed looking at the beautiful water from the living room or the beach, digging or reading. In the afternoons, we explored the area, visiting family friendly activities like Mystic Seaport, the Pequot Museum, and Roger Williams Botanical Garden. In the evenings, we cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the setting was remote and quiet, and it was a great getaway.

We had a very relaxing time at the house. We loved the privacy and the view of the pond. Special thanks to Bill for the communication and flexibility!
