Ubicato in Harbor, questo delizioso casa a 328 € per notte è un eccellente scelta per il tuo prossimopausa. Vuoi davvero essere sulla SPIAGGIA !! S'mores dal falò! Guarda i favolosi colori cangianti, il surf e le pozze di marea a pochi passi dall'oceano! Salire sul ponte, guardare tutto dal soggiorno o camminare giù per le scale per ottenere le dita dei piedi nella sabbia! Questa casa che si affaccia sull'Oceano Pacifico ha due maestri privati, letti king e queen, con un ulteriore dormitorio con divano letto doppio. Questa NON è la casa della nonna! Soggiorno camino, caminetto camera da letto matrimoniale e 2 ° televisione. Biancheria da letto CLEAN accogliente! La nostra casa senza macchia è stata recentemente rinnovata con vernice e pavimenti e nuovi arredi. Vieni a provare le mutevoli stagioni del Pacifico. Stare sull'erba e guardare a sud lungo tutta la costa! Una spiaggia privata e una baia proprio sull'Oceano Pacifico con surf che si infrangono, rocce da arrampicare e piscine di marea pomeridiane da esplorare insieme ad una grotta da spiaggia segreta! Viste spettacolari e aria oceanica da quasi tutte le finestre! Svegliati per siglare abbaiare sugli scogli! Prendi le scale vicine alla spiaggia privata per esplorare, nuotare, raccogliere conchiglie e legni, scavare vongole o osservare le balene. Salta sul ponte con un libro e goditi appieno la vista e l'aria dell'oceano o fai la stessa cosa con una sedia a dondolo accanto al fuoco! La nostra pompa di calore a un tocco e due camini rendono l'arredamento accogliente e ben curato. Porta le tue bici!

This sweet double master bedroom with remarkable ocean views, and uplifting great room home could be such an amazing gem! A diaper type smell & deodorizer cover up attempt hit us upon entering. The source seemed to come from a bath with a sewage/gas smell. The rest of the house did not smell. The “den” is the entrance to the house with a trundle bed & bare window with no privacy covering. Thare are no window treatments for privacy in the great room. The kitchen back door flood lights did not work, the over sink lights were fussy to switch on and had a burned out light bulb.The switch at the master bedroom floodlight could be turned off in the kitchen leaving it dark for anyone who went out. The two lovely fireplaces blew out in the wind but no relighting instructions were available. There were 3 hot tub towels for 6 of us. The washer and dryer are in the garage with poor lighting accessible with a garage door opener. We had no information on accessing the garage until we contacted the owner/manager. The owner/manager made it very clear there would be no services stating it was a housekeeping oversight and “it all worked when I visited.“ The hot tub was glorious, beds & linens comfortable and clean and overall cleanliness was superior. I hope investigation of the stench happens before renting again. An electrician needs to study the defective switches. Manager/owner would not provide any support during our stay, it was an “as is” experience.

This is a great location. The ping pong table would be a good thing except that the garage needs cleaning. Heads up to future guests: Bring your own laundry soap and extra paper towels as these are not supplied by the host.

We rented this property for the location, we wanted to be right on the beach. My family smiled and thanked me upon entering the home and seeing how close the beach was. The private beach access was perfect. The main bedroom bed was lumpy but still comfortable and the view from the bedroom was impeccable, hearing the ocean while we slept was a dream. The hot tub was a real treat, though it had some confusing directions regarding Jet 1. The neighbors were friendly. Make sure to note that you have to clean all of the dishes and put them away upon check out, you cannot leave them in the dishwasher. This was an important piece to remember on the morning of check out.
We would rent this again for sure.

Everything about the house was great. The only problem was the neighbor running a chainsaw all day for the two days we were there. The chainsaw started before 8 am and continued until past 6 pm. The next day, it started all over again. This was very unfortunate.

Wonderful beach house for our Family's vacation in Brookings Oregon. Our 3 night stay was flawless with all the amenities needed to be a jump off point to see Harris State Beach, Redwood Trees, Crabbing in Coos Bay and California Lava Caves on the way home. We were lucky to have grey whales playing out the gorgeous bay window for an entire day. Big thank you to Mike and Cathy for sharing such a magical place.

The home is nicely appointed. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was nice. The only thing I would suggest is better, more substantial deck furniture. The plastic chairs were brittle and had cracks and we were too scared to sit in them. We actually went and bought our own camping chairs instead. There is no window covering in the front twin “room” where my teen slept. We had to hang a blanket over the window for privacy. Also, the vegetation surrounding the stairs down to the beach are overgrown and after walking on the beach, it is a little difficult to find the stairs (obviously not the homeowners issue, but a neighborhood issue). These things did not effect the enjoyment we had on this vacation, Oregon is absolutely beautiful and we loved it.

Due to all the storms, my wife and I spent the majority of our 9 day, 8 night stay in the house. The view is spectacular, saw the largest waves I’ve ever seen in person, but from the safety of the home.
This is our 2nd stay in the last 3 years, and we’ll definitely be back. Mike and Cathy are easy to reach, responsive, and very accommodating.

This is our second stay at Ocean View Cottage - I highly recommend it . The view is outstanding and the cottage is very homey and welcoming - anything you might need - they have it . It’s so comfortable . Brand new Hot tub on the deck was amazing . We will definitely rent this cottage again .

Beautiful view, short walk to the beach
Great location, short walk to the private beach, beautiful view but there is another VRBO to the right. Depending on who is there may effect your stay. There was no fence so the other guests dogs kept running on our deck and the owner was chasing her golden retrievers early in the morning and across the deck so it made it awkward while in the hot tub.
The house was cute but the back yard furniture needs to be replaced.

Just what I needed!
We had the perfect time there! Loved having the beach and tidepools right there. The house was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Was great being so close to the Redwoods and Gold Beach for daily outings. The owners were very responsive to questions and helpful! We will definitely go back and will tell our friends about this amazing home!
