Situato nel principale condominio alto di Garden City. Dal nono piano si ha una vista a 180 gradi sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. L'unità è stata RECENTEMENTE RISTRUTTURATA a gennaio 2015. Il Garden City Pier e Surfside Pier sono belle passeggiate di 30 minuti. I campi da golf di Litchfield e Myrtle Beach sono raggiungibili in 15 minuti. I ristoranti Great Murrels Inlet sono dietro l'angolo.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV, bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata. Ha il suo balcone con vista sull'oceano. La zona giorno principale ha sala da pranzo, sala grande, TV / DVD e balcone con vista sull'oceano. La cucina si affaccia nella grande sala. We are semi local and vacation in the area regularly. Since we no longer own a timeshare nearby, we have used VRBO the past few years and have been happy with each location we have stayed. This unit is hands down our favorite- family has already decided this will be our go to from now on. The property felt like coming home, well appointed, clean and spacious. The balcony is larger than most other properties in the area. The property itself is well maintained, clean and provides great access to the beach. No linens- no big deal, honestly- we prefer to just bring our own. Kitchen had plenty of accessories to easily prepare family meals. The inclusion of 2 chairs and umbrella rental on the beach was a great surprise, especially since we always use the service. Onsite parking was sufficient, and easy to access for those who come and go a lot. We loved this place so much and plan to return more often. No disappointments here! To the owner- Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place! To all future guest- “Make Memories, Not Footprints”.

Had an excellent stay in everyway, although the weather could have been a little warmer. All in all enjoyed the condo and its beautiful views of the ocean and beachfront. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, and enjoyed the recliners in the living room for comfort, as well as the mattress for sleeping. A very quiet setting!

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The host was very responsive and helpful every time we had questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place was super clean, well-maintained, and very quiet—perfect for relaxing.The check-in process was easy, and everything was exactly as described. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and had all the essentials we needed. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, and hassle-free place to stay.
