Questo condominio al piano terra si trova nella Amelia Island Plantation nel Sea Dunes Building. Goditi le querce secolari che avvolgono le strade e le piste ciclabili proprio accanto al mare. Che tu vada in bicicletta sulle miglia di piste ciclabili asfaltate, pesca, shopping o passeggiate a cavallo sulla spiaggia, c'è sempre qualcosa da fare nella piantagione! Numerosi ristoranti si trovano anche sulla Plantation per un pranzo semplice. Condominio fronte oceano 3 camere da letto / 3 bagni. Solo 50 iarde a piedi dalla spiaggia !!!! Sul sito piscina. Il condominio ha due camere da letto con letti king size e una camera con letto matrimoniale. Patio esterno con tavolo e sedie, 2 chaise longue. Ampia area erbosa tra condominio e spiaggia. Perfetto per i giochi sul prato e per far giocare i bambini!

Our entire family enjoyed our vacation at Sea Dunes. We were parents, two children & their spouses, 14 year old granddaughter, 22-month grandson, & 4-month granddaughter. My son & his wife stayed in the resort. We took family portraits and were able to include in-laws from Jacksonville. We cooked gourmet meals & a fish boil. We swam in the ocean & the pool from morning to night. We played games & we argued. We laughed & we cried.
Most of all: WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR TIME AT YOUR SEA DUNES CONDO!

Specifically the condominium is warm and inviting. The bedroom each have a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of utensils,moots, pans & dishes. My husband & I especially enjoyed the master bedroom and bathroom suite. So luxurious!

Condo was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and very comfortable in a great location. Perfect for 3 generations of our family. While there are numerous wonderful restaurants nearby the condo was well equipped to make delicious meals.. The hosts were quick to respond prior to and during our stay. We hope to return.

Another great week!
This is our second time to stay in this condo. It is perfect. Great location, access to the beach is easy and convenient. The property is always in great shape. The decor is relaxing and perfectly beach! Water pressure in the master bath could be better. The owners are very friendly and the communication with them is excellent

Wonderful place to stay! The Owners are wonderful and even gave us places to eat. Place is just how it’s described. We had everything we needed and our granddaughter loved playing in the grass area.

This is far and away the best condo rental on the island. It is well-equipped, clean, updated, stylish, and spacious…. easy to park and unload, easy to get to the beach, close access to the resort-style pool, beautiful grounds…. This one checks all the boxes so don’t hesitate and just book it! This is our second year to stay here and we will be going back next year for even longer. 10/10, A+, 5 stars!

Great family vacation
The whole family was very impressed with the condo. It was a great week. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Every detail was accounted for. Being on the ground floor was perfect. Easy access checking in and so convenient to beach and pool It was the first family beach trip with our 10 month old grandchild and the location was perfect We really enjoyed how quiet the condo and the beach were. Very relaxing. We definitely plan to rent again. The owners were very fried and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Favorite condo on the island
Rick and Brenda’s condo is a dream….updated, spacious, clean, well equipped. The manicured lawn just beyond the sliding glass doors is dotted with palm trees—a beautiful place to watch the sunrise with coffee. Beach access is about as close and easy as it gets, and this unit is especially child friendly. We rented umbrellas and chairs from Riptide, and they set up and take it down every day. The entire Plantation property is gorgeous. Rick and Brenda were very easy to reach when we need to add a local photographer to the driver list for the gate house. We will be back. Thank you, Rick and Brenda!

The condo and the resort was beautiful!
The renting process was seamless and Rick was super easy to work with. He provided a lot of information about the island. The resort was difficult to find due to GPS, but no other issues.

Excellent condo
We loved walking right out the back doors to the beach! The condo was beautifully decorated and well-stocked for a comfortable stay. We had young children and found the condo very suitable for them as well. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook meals in the condo versus going out and the beds were also comfy. Highly reccomend this rental!!

6 adults spent a week in Rick's marvelous condo celebrating a significant family birthday. The property, as amazing as it looked on the web, was even better in person. The location is fabulous with a walk out patio and just a short stroll to the beach or pool. The unit was spacious, clean, quiet even on busy weekends in the resort, well decorated and importantly for a group of folks who love to cook the kitchen was reasonably well outfitted. Rick was an excellent communicator, responding almost instantly to questions we had before or during our stay. I have nothing but high praise for the experience all the way around.

Lovely property and very well equipped. Condo has a great layout and perfect location at quieter end of resort. Beautiful patio with easy access to beach, pool and walking path.
