This hotel is in a great location and I felt totally safe as a solo female traveller. Super clean and felt luxurious compared to standard Thailand accommodation. Great shower pressure and air con! Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

WiFi not great. TV had no English channels (fine for me but not for some) My room overlooked a building site and I only had curtains (no net) so when I had curtains open all the workers could see me. A net layer would be better for privacy.

This was in the ideal place, super clean & had really friendly staff. It was also very quiet at night so with that & the comfy beds we had great nights sleep :))

El desayuno que muestra en las.fotos no es el que ofrecen. Tuvimos que pedir que se agregara algo así porque era muy poco y no apto para vegetarianos o veganos. Reservamos el hotel por el desayuno y fue una decepción. Café soluble. Pan de molde. Margarina. Poca fruta. Las piezas olían a queso. Un día se corto la luz y estuvimos varias horas sin aire y sin luz. No tenían generador. Las toallas malas. La ducha inconsistente. No es lo que muestran las fotos o lo que ofrecen.

The rooms were good size and it looked clean from the outside. Location was good too near the Tha Phae gate.

BEDBUGS! They need to fumigate their furniture to remove bedbugs and they are everywhere. I woke up at 1am to pee and they were walking all over the bed and some on me. My worst nightmare in hotel rooms and I have clean all my luggage and clothes again and hope their eggs are not in my backpack. Not sure how you can check for them as a customer in a hotel room and how the room service people didn't see it.

The location was great for visiting the market and seeing the tourist spots

they moved us to the Lavana hotel, inside the walls of Chiang Mai, which is a superb hotel , when they realized one of our rooms’ A/C wasn’t working. that made our stay with their hotel company a marvelous experience

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

I could hear the people in the rooms on either side of me talking.

Was close to Thaphae Gate and near to transport,walking distance to night bazaar and travel offices coffee shops and restaurants.

reasonable price for location, big bed

the building faces construction site and it’s quiet hard to find a hotel. hangers wear broken and some other stuff in toilet were broken too - tiles.

the location is great, near all stores and only 5 mins walk to the Pratu Tha Phae. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.
