Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel vor der Anreise war perfekt und alle offenen Fragen konnten im Vorfeld geklärt werden. Alle meine Wünsche wurden vom Hotel sehr zuvorkommend erfüllt, wofür ich sehr dankbar war. Die Lage des Hotels nahe des Thapae Gate ist super und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war für den Preis pro Übernachtung völlig in Ordnung und es gab auch täglich etwas Abwechslung beim Angebot der lokalen Speisen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen, wenn ich in Chiang Mai bin!

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer mit allem was nötig ist. Frühstück ist ausreichend. Betten sind bequem. Sehr zentral. Würde ich nochmal buchen.

Para mi familia la ubicación de la zona fue excelente. Las habitaciones comunicadas ideales para viajar en familia. Pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje el día de la salida. Es un hotel limpio y cómodo. Volveríamos.

Nos alojamos cuatro noches y las dos primeras se escuchaba música en vivo muy cerca, quizás eso fue lo único molesto. No probamos el desayuno porque siempre había muchísima gente.

It’s a simple small hotel. Simple breakfast. Bed n pillows were clean, comfortable. Staff was exceptionally helpful, smiling face always. 3 min walk to laundry. Many eateries jz 1-2 min walk.

The breakfast was very average with limited selection.

We had a really nice stay at SleepMai. Check in was smooth and rooms were modern, spacious and super clean. The facilities such as the common area and pool were also great. Breakfast was tasty. Location is perfect for first time visitors and within walking distance from the Old town. But the best of all was the staff! Always smiling, helpful and extremely service minded. We would love to come back to this hotel.

The staff were very kind and considerate in all of their interactions with us. Excellent breakfast and coffee all day! The room was super clean and modern. Location couldn't have been better- old town on one side, markets on the other. We walked everywhere with ease.

Fantastic buffet breakfast. They made scrambled eggs for you as well. Excellent location right near Tha Phae gate. It was perfect for the Sunday night market. Some great bars if you turn left onto the main road.

This hotel is located not far from the Thapae Gate, where there is the Sunday walking market, in a small residential street. I enjoyed the wide desk where I could work with my laptop! And the staff was very nice.

If you have more than one luggage, it'd be a bit tricky to arrange them all, at the same time. Not really the hotel fault, but some guests were really loud at night in the corridor, even though the hotel put signs not to scream or be loud.

Great stay for our family and the kids , I’ve got a connected rooms , very clean , very comfortable, the bed amazing, the breakfast is fantastic, there’s a machine in the reception to make coffee and tea until eight o'clock in the evening. the staff very helpful and friendly specially Tip , she is so kind and lovely . The manager thaya , was so strict and hard with customers ( Me ) , and Difficult to deal with my kids when they want to use the pool.

just outside the old town so good location. nice pool area- quite small but absolutely fine just to cool off in the hottest part of the day.

The gym is not functional. it’s in the middle of the breakfast area. shame as we had booked this hotel as we wanted to use the gym and this was not possible.

Staff was very helpful in arranging trips to Chiang Rai, elephants sanctuary and providing information about Chiang Mai. Breakfast was good and rooms clean.

Great location across main road from Thapae Gate. Clean, comfortable, modern. Strong wifi. Breakfast included. Balcony rooms avaliable. Electrical sockets and light switches near bed. Room cleaned daily with two glass bottles of water provided each day. Bar fridge, electric kettle, and coffee cups in room. Brewed coffee available all day in lobby. Toiletries available upon request. Western and English news and movie channels provided. Omelets at breakfast available upon request. Decent breakfast buffet. SHA rated.

TV kept freezing. Systemic cable system poor signal problem. Happened in both rooms. Pool is hard to get around in.

1. Super Location : very close to the Tha Phae Gate! 2. I love they providing connecting room which 2 rooms are separated but at the same time connected by a door which is super convenient for 3-4 family members or friends. 3. Staff: Super responsive, polite, friendly and helpful. 4 Breakfast: we stay for 6 nights and the breakfast varies time to time. Great choices for breakfast in such a small hotel. 5. A small pool and gym are provided. 6. The room is bright. 7. Clean and tidy.

1. Gym is right beside the dinning area. I don't think you will use it.

Small rooms. Cheap and cheerful and a bit garish in the common parts. Breakfast pretty bad and no space to have it in, essentially you eat in the reception area.
