My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to the island (our 4th in 2023) and this one was by far the best - best in location, best in cleanliness and best in overall property. We'll be looking into availability in July for a return visit. :)

The unit’s location in Sea Pines is excellent. There is close access to the beach and Beach Club which made our daily trips very easy. The unit had three bathrooms, each with an on-suite, which was a plus. The space was comfortable for our family to stay in. It could use some updating, particularly the bathrooms, but it had what we needed to enjoy an extended stay.
The unit was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, serving plates etc. but there weren’t any basics like salt and pepper, which is typical in most rentals we’ve stayed in the past. Be prepared to bring or buy everything you may need.
The management was very responsive when we contacted them and addressed our minor issues quickly.

Everything was just great for our family. We had plenty of room for eight of us from a 2 year old to us grandparents. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook several nights and breakfast daily. The garage is an added bonus for storing our beach toys and bikes. It was very convenient to the beach, the pool right outside was great and we biked all over the Sea Pines area. A great vacation in every way!

They are the ones. Low Country Costal Rentals and Peter are by far the best I’ve interacted with in the 30+ years I’ve been coming to Sea Pines.

Spot on as described. A mere 150 steps to the beach. Explanation for the remotes was much appreciated as I have to have a TV whispering to me in the background.

The property was very clean, spacious and well equipped. We loved that each room had it’s own bathroom. The location was exceptional - steps from the walkway to the beach and very close to the beach club. Peter was fantastic throughout the entire booking and stay and was very responsive. We had a great stay!

2nd time to stay
This property is such a great one due to location to beach, pool, and other amenities in Sea Pines.
Property manager is very responsive! This is the 2nd summer we have stayed here! Look forward to future trips!!

Each room has its own bathroom, which is a great bonus. The only caution is that this community is spread out. Getting to a grocery store or restaurant is likely a bike or drive away. Luckily, there's a bike rental place just down the road! We would definitely stay again.

We had the best time. The property was very spacious for us. We loved the beach access the pool outside our door and the close proximity to everything. We rented bikes right around the corner. Biked to Harbor Town multiple times as well and south beach and the salty dog. We hope to return again soon!

Annual HHI trip
Stayed for 5 days with two adult children. Had plenty of room and each had own bathroom :) (makes life easier!) Unit was clean and easy to find with the GPS directions provided. We had plenty of living space room and kitchen had everything we needed, but salt (not complaining). Check in/out easy. No issues. Would stay again.

The unit was laid out nicely with 3 nice bedrooms for 3 adult couples. Location and proximity to beach was great. Close to bike rentals. Only complaint was the bedding. Pillows felt old and flat or lumpy. Sheets were scratchy and not soft at all. Would recommend new bedding. Other than that it was perfect for our short stay for a friend’s wedding weekend.

The kitchen floor is cushy in spots, so there must be water damage and possibly mold underneath. Turtle Lane is an excellent beach location in Sea Pines, but this unit was just okay, and not the great unit we expected for the price paid.

Family beach vacation
Property was clean and very well appointed. Outstanding location. Extra things TP, dish soap were also a plus. Easy entry with door code was nice. Highly recommend this property.

I was impressed with the cleanliness, as I am a clean freak. The villa had spacious rooms with ample closets. Everything looked new, including all the high end kitchen and laundry appliances. The laundry room was very large and great to store items like our coolers. The two minute walk to the beach was so convenient. Turtle Lane is a gated community, so it was quiet. It met all of our needs. The only disadvantage is that with our particular villa the deck faces the courtyard/pool area, but this didn’t affect us at all since we went in December. Peter was very easy and responsive to work with. In fact, my daughter left some clothes in one of the dressers and he immediately located them and sent them to us . We would go back again. A very pleasant experience!

Wedding weekend
Very easy to rent and we were just two weeks out from our daughter’s wedding when the place we had rented over a year ago cancelled! Actually this place was so much more convenient to our future son in law’s parents house!

The home had everything we needed and was conveniently located close to the beach. Easy access when traveling with a six month old. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Pandemic getaway!
We have been coming to HHI for over 30 years and this property was one of the nicest we have ever stayed. Truly 1 minute walk to the beach, super clean, nice finishes, nicely appointed kitchen and plenty of entertainment options (smart TVs, solid internet). Sharing the pool became a bummer because of another large large group that really overran the pool - but I guess that is what the beach is for!
We left a piece of electronics behind and got a call from the property manager within a few hours of our departure and they were shipping it to us. First class.
This was a great location to shelter in place and enjoy a modified vacation.
