Casa De Las Tortugas (Casa delle Tartarughe) si trova sulla bellissima spiaggia di lusso di Playa Langosta. Così vicino che il surf deve essere ascoltato da quasi tutte le stanze della casa.
Progettato dal famoso architetto Abraham Valenzuela, eseguito dal famoso Karl Gronemeyer e costruito dalle mani dei costaricani con colonne di legno importate, porte decorate e manufatti importati direttamente dall'Indonesia ... Queste due culture si fondono insieme creando una fuga serena sull'oceano. Visto di nuovo ed eseguito da Karl, nel 2015 la Casa De Las Tortugas è passata sotto un attento restauro che ha esaltato il suo carattere sommesso, semplice ma elegante.
Questa tenuta mozzafiato di 7500 piedi quadrati è davvero unica nel suo genere, il che lo rende il luogo perfetto per una cerimonia di matrimonio privata fronte oceano, per più famiglie che viaggiano insieme o per una vacanza in famiglia. Non ci sono monete lanciando su chi ottiene il maestro ... Su 6 camere da letto abbiamo 5 camere da letto matrimoniali Oceanfront. Tutti i Master sono arredati con letti king size, verande private e viste mozzafiato. La sesta stanza è nella parte anteriore della casa e ha il proprio bagno ... Perfetto per una bambinaia o adolescenti. Ogni stanza della casa è aperta e ariosa con un'abbondante quantità di finestre nel soggiorno e nella cucina. Mentre attraversi la casa, ti sentirai immediatamente rilassato con i suoni d'acqua che gocciolano dalle piscine delle fontane.
Ingresso privato recintato, personale cortese e premuroso, due box auto, e una guardia di sicurezza privata vi assicura una buona notte di sonno.
Approfitta della nostra rete WiFi WiFi o lascia il mondo alle spalle e vai in piscina o in spiaggia con una bibita fresca tra le mani e per la sabbia calda tra le dita dei piedi .... Sei abbastanza vicino per tornare per una ricarica!

Beautiful home with tons of space. We took our family of seven and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, as well as ample additional space. The private pool and beach access was amazing. The daily housekeeper made it a true vacation for me (mom)! The groundskeeper also made our stay so easy, setting out towels and setting up umbrellas, etc each morning, also the nightly security guard made me feel safe, knowing that he was keeping an eye on the property the entire night. The convenience to town was awesome! And the concierge service was great! They made everything run so smoothly

The property exceeded our expectations. The pictures of the beach / ocean do not do it justice. Absolutely magnificent location. Bertha was amazing and was constantly looking after us - going above and beyond every day. The place was immaculate. Great restaurants in walking distance but a perfect feeling of isolation when at the house. We had a party of 10 and there was plenty of space for us all to be together and alone when we wanted. Would love to visit again

Overall the house was beautiful and the staff were lovely. The A/C unit in the primary bedroom was very noisy and the temperature reading on the unit was bright, it was difficult to get a good sleep. There was an issue with bees in and outside of the home. View was lovely. Beach directly in front of the house was very rocky- needed to walk down the beach a bit to access a sandy beach for the children and adults to swim.

We had an extended stay in this comfortable, large home in a stunning setting right on Playa Langosta but close enough to town that we walked a couple of times. We were a family group of four families and never once felt crowded. Four of the bedrooms adjoin the main house and two of them are external rooms with separate entrances. Fresh sheets, plentiful towels, working AC, and a well stocked kitchen made our stay super easy.
The grounds are wonderful and well maintained by a daily groundskeeper. The views from the veranda hand main bedrooms are incredible. We enjoyed morning by the pool and sunset walks on the beach.
There’s a daily housekeeper who makes sure the house stays tidy and we were able to have a private chef come in a few times during our stay—the meals were delicious!
Be sure to visit the beach club down the road which is great for lunch and hanging out with the family! Also eat at Fish and Cheeses a few minutes walk from the home—best Italian we’ve had for a while.
Overall a very nice stay in this lovely vacation home.
